    Centrally located on Kauai’s eastern shore make this the perfect Kauai vacation rental. Located next to the Coconut Grove at Waipouli, Kauai one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding. Located just steps from the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Bike Path!

    The kitchen and dining area has double glass doors opening up to a cozy lanai where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy cooking and eating meals in a fully stocked kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities. No BBQ grill on property.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Better than I expected. Decorated very appropriately with tropical theme - owner has good taste. Excellent location near shopping and ocean. Couch is a little tired and the microwave was weird.

    Great location. In the middle of anything you might need. The beach and bike trail are RIGHT there. Cons: no AC, place is kind of small for 2 people.

We left our towels drying on the porch with no problems; safe neighborhood. Management company was helpful and readily available.

    We were real happy with our stay. This ground floor property was accurately described and reasonably priced. It has comfy king beds, quality equipped kitchen and clean and well maintained bathrooms. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher. There is an occupied property above this VRBO. There’s a little traffic noise, but the location - short walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants - made this VRBO favorable. The chickens run wild and a few roosters like to remind you they are there. We didn’t need air conditioning because there was a constant breeze and plenty of floor & ceiling fans. Hardly any clean up required upon check out. No need to keep track of property keys, just remember the door code.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described. The complex does not have a pool or any similar amenities. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soap/shampoo. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all of the cooking and dining supplies. However,it did not have many containers to store food. There was a packable cooler at the condo and a few ice packs to pack a lunch to enjoy at the beach.We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the beach towels and chairs provided by the condo. There is a nice paved pathway near the beach for those with mobility issues. Shopping is also close by. There is a Safeway grocery store within walking distance so be sure to bring your card or obtain one there to get the sale prices. Since food (and everything else) is so expensive in Kauai, you will need any savings you can get. Longs drug store is also within a walkable distance. We used our CVS rewards card to obtain discounts on alcohol, snacks, and many other items. The Coconut marketplace also had stores and food options within a short drive. Costco is also near the airport and a short detour on the drive to the condo.

    We really loved staying here and everything was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the upstairs neighbors are pretty loud. It can also get hot and stuffy even with all the fans going.

    The location of the place in the center of Kapaa made it easy to walk to everything. It was also a great place to be to be able to see the entire island.

    This property was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the property was stocked; plenty of seasonings, beach chairs / umbrellas / tent / towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toaster, coffee maker with coffee filters, THE LIST IS ENDLESS!! All the essentials. This property was perfectly situated for all of our needs! So many shops, restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and beaches near by. Only 30 minutes to get to the North or South and an hour and 10 to Waimea Canyon. No AC as disclosed in the listing, but with the windows open and plenty of fans, we were always comfortable. We would 100% come back to the exact place, book it now!!
