My family and I enjoyed our stay. This is a great place to stay for those mindful of their budget. Its location is perfect, 30 minutes to Poipu, 30 minutes to tunnels beach. Kids really enjoyed the pool and collecting seashells on the beach. Some had complained of the sliding glass door, but it sounded like the other units sliding doors were in the same shape as ours. Viewing the sunrise on the beach is breathtaking. I’d stay here again, no question.
Good response for booking and check-in. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom not the entire condo. The view was beautiful but there is a waste station across the street so there were pungent smells at various times. The amenities were nice but in need of repair (beach umbrella, microwave, sliding doors).
The location is great for getting to all things on the island. The room could really use some updating tho. We did appreciate that there are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler.
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon to relax and explore Kauai. The location of the property was amazing. For seeing the whole island, it cut down drive time to visit each town. Within walking distance there was great beaches and shopping to visit. This property had everything we needed with washer and dryer, beach chairs, towels, a pool, incredible view and sounds of the waves crashing. The condo is a bit dated but was comfortable for our stay. We would have loved our booking note to be addressed and more information for check out. Otherwise we had a great stay!
This was a comfy accommodation with a great view. We really appreciated the a/c in the bedroom. The bed was comfy too. There were a few things that needed updating, but this rental got the job done.
We loved being mid way between the ends of the island. No where was too far away. The view was absolutely the best part of the island. Would like to see them clean the fan in the living room. Not a huge deal but would make it a 5 Star.
A little disappointed at first. The lock box on the outside wall was broken apart. Luckily we were able to access the condo with a code. The only air conditioning is in the bedroom. There was a coffee can in the cupboard but it was empty.
This condo is absolutely AMAZING!! Candice was super helpful with questions and staff on premise were very nice. Very quiet, well maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view is the big seller of this place, and it does not disappoint. The beach next to it is fantastic, and we spent multiple afternoons and sunsets taking in the wind surfers, and swimming around. I could not recommend this place more. Also, every centrally located between north and south of the island.

Great condo in great location. You will love the balcony that overlooks the bay while you enjoy your adult beverage. Close to everything— brewery right across the street!

This was a great place for us. Loved the location near the beach and things to do in Poipu. Loved the large patio and the ocean views. The place was very large and comfortable and so clean. Would love to come back again someday!

Great location as you are about half way between the north and south side of the island. Kitchen could be upgraded otherwise facilities were great. Better cooking utensil, pots and pans would also be helpful. Had an issue with the washer and dryer but the owner was very responsive and even offered to help with our laundry. She also gave us a gift card for the inconvenience it caused. Overall we had a great stay.
This place was incredible for our holiday stay. We loved the gorgeous views, had all the amenities we needed and were so close to the beach and groceries! It was the perfect get away! Only suggestion would be for the fans throughout the location to be updated so that they can provide a bit more airflow, but other than that we had an incredible time and would recommend this stay to everyone!!
Washer, dryer and screen door all broken. Property manager was already made aware and came by with repair man and refused the pay the repair man so nothing was fixed. I stayed 6 days and no repair. Property manager sent me paperwork just days before making me agree to any and all broken items in unite will not be fixed. A blanket cover not telling me what was broken. If I knew this sooner I would have canceled. They waited until I payed the whole amount first and it was too late to find another place. No air conditioning, no spa and very cold shaded pool. Corner unite next to heavy loud traffic on main highway. Very out dated unite and nothing matches. For 6 days and 2 people they only left us 1/2 roll of paper towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, I requested more and was told to buy my own supplies. Bugs in bathroom. I would not stay here again. Sewage plant close bye burning trash all day long. It smells toxic. The price is high for what you get.

We arrived at 203 Wailua Bay View knowing this property and loving it! We had a few things that were out of the norm for what we were used to but after contacting Candace, everything was fixed and she was AMAZING! We look forward to coming back to Kauai again and this property soon!
Our host was very attentive and prompt responding. We asked for early check-in and she made it happen. We loved the “hidden “ beach right next to the condo. Beautiful !! At close proximity is the Wailua River where we also walked for a kayak tour. Having Lava Lava Restaurant, and other shops and restaurants at a walking distance, was a plus. The pool area is small, but very well maintained.
The condo is nicely equipped with beach chairs, buggy boards, ice chest, umbrellas, and beach towels. Kitchen is also equipped with anything needed for making your meals, along with basic cooking condiments. The bed was very comfortable and has AC in bedroom . Though, no AC in the living room, which was a bit tough for those sleeping on sofa bed. Overall, location was perfect for us .
Was an amazing trip. The island itself is serenity and this stay is amazing. Comfortable and clean and the grounds are very nice.

Candace was always very pleasant to speak to and quick to respond. Unit was nice with great view from balcony. Only adjustment was not having full A/C - there is unit in the bedroom and a fan in the living area; however, we did fine. Convenient location to airport and a nice cafe across the street to eat at; plus a gas station close by.
We liked that this condo was super close to everything we wanted to do on our trip. The condo was clean- and the bed was super comfy! The temperature inside was comfortable, and we didn’t have any issues with the property. The view of the beach was great from the balcony, we enjoyed watching people wind surf out the window. Main reason for choosing this condo was its central location to the activities we had planned for the trip. There are also lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance.
Located in Kapaa, it is a central location with short travels to anything you want to do. Private balcony overlooks the beach and ocean. Beautiful pool area. Recommend this location/ unit for your enjoyment.
The location and view were wonderful; however, the condo had several issues that made our stay sub par. The bed was horrible—most uncomfortable. We would recommend that the owner replace the mattress and sheets before renting again. Throw rugs in the bathroom and kitchen as well as the screen door to the patio are dangerous. I fell onto the patio as a result of the problems with the screen door. Both of us tripped on the rugs. Fortunately, we did not fall. I, did, however, have some deep cuts on my arm and sore places on my torso as a result of the fall on the patio. .
Location and check in was great. Condo is within walking distance to many good restaurants and activities. Condo could use some repairs and upgrades as others have mentioned. Screen doors, bathroom walls and toilet kept running. Carpet in unit was a turn off. Street noise and construction made having the air conditioner white noise useful. Bed was comfortable
Nice central location on the island and the brewery across the street was a plus. We have stayed at this development previously with a much different experience.
Unit 203 is tired and in need of an upgrade. While the unit was recently painted, there are several maintenance issues in need of attention. The patio door needs replaced, currently a series of wood shims are holding the door in a quasi workable condition. The screen door is only useable by holding on to the bottom portion to keep it from falling off the tracks. I would not want to have any young children near this door. Offers to remove the screen would have created an unworkable situation in a unit that is not air conditioned. The patio door curtain appears to have mold on the lining. The shower doors need to be fixed or replaced and the toilet handle sticks.
This unit is very close to the main road through the area, definitely a consideration for light sleepers. Our previous stay was in a unit closer to the middle of the development and was much quieter. The units near the road also have a close up view of an old structure that appears past due for demolition. The small beach area below the unit is a popular place for local fisherman, which is fine, however, the burning of wet driftwood creates quite an unpleasant odor.
I hate to sound like a complainer, however our stay was only four days over a weekend so I did not bring all of these items to the attention of the property manager.
