The open-concept villa is perfect for large families, featuring two suites with king sized beds and one with a queen and twin. The cozy, custom furniture throughout provides an abundance of space to relax, both indoors and out.

Each spacious bedroom has an attached ensuite and ample closet space. The enclosed home office has a queen futon for additional guests or an additional media area, if required. The primary ensuite offers a spa-like experience with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and access to the private, outdoor shower garden.

The chef’s kitchen is appointed with a Sub Zero fridge, Wolf cooktop and oven, making cooking a dream. Serve your culinary creations on the large indoor dining table with seating for 8. Step outdoors onto the lanai, to grill up a feast in the adjacent kitchenette with BBQ, fridge, and prep sink. The surrounding yard provides options to soak, swim, lounge, eat and toast to the Hawaiian paradise around you!

Additional amenities include a home office with built-in desk, printer, and screen, should you need to catch up on work while you’re here, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a double car garage with plenty of room for parking, which also provides storage for the beach chairs and boogie boards you’ll have access to during your stay.

The nearby Villages amenity center includes a well-equipped gym, free form pool and jetted spa and full kitchen for poolside entertaining with 6-burner gas grill.

All guests have exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club with our electronic pass card. Located in Makaiwa Bay, it provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, the Napua Restaurant, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, showers, and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

The Mauna Lani Resort offers world-class restaurants at both 5-star hotels, The Fairmont Orchid and The Auberge at Mauna Lani.
