    Your next perfect vacation begins at this spacious 1233 sq ft condo on the 3rd floor of Fairway Villas Building G (unit G34)! This condo sleeps up to 6 people in a master bedroom (king bed), a 2nd bedroom (king bed) and a loft with 2 single beds. The condo also has a large living room, dining room and beautiful kitchen.

    Beautifully and fully furnished in local Big Island décor, this condo has everything you need for your favorite vacation. The Fairway Villas in Waikoloa is a private gated community right across the street from the Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops and is within walking distance to the beach. It also overlooks one of the two championship golf courses in the immediate area.

    Vacationers love the Fairway Villas endless pool and hot tub, as well as central BBQ grills and fitness center. Although these are right out your front door, we know visitors come to Hawaii for the beaches :-) Anehoomalu Beach (called “A-Bay” by the locals) is a great beach for everyone, including rental facilities for all kinds of water sports like stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, and sunset & whale watching boat rides. See giant sea turtles ("honu") and colorful tropical fish. You can get a meal or snack at the Lava Lava Beach Club or just lie on the beach with a book and catch some rays. In addition to A-Bay, some of the world's most famous beaches are just short drive away.

    Property was perfect for our stay. Roomy and fairly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and beach toys and chairs and a cooler. But owners are off site and slow to respond with any questions or problems. Not a problem as long as there is no issues with your stay, but can be a problem if you have urgent questions.

    The condo was a bit tight for our family of 7 but we made it work. It would have been nice to have a blow up mattress or pull out sofa bed but the couch worked for one person. The spiral stairway was tricky and we bumped our heads. few times getting in and out of the bathroom or walking to the bedroom adjacent to it but I would say it was. deal breaker. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great and the lanai was perfect for morning coffee even though the a/c unit was also on the lanai and quite loud. The condo also provided a cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella which used several times during our stay. The location is walking distance from The King /Queens shops, restaurants and Island market-very convenient! Overall a great stay!

    The condo is clean, well stocked kitchen, decorated lovely. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels/beach towels. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella. A nice touch are the towel bars and bench in front entrance so we could leave the Sandy stuff outside. Hale the property owner was great to work with also. Definitely would recommend staying here.

    Great unit. Elevator to 3rd floor for access, spiral stair to loft. Across small parking area from central pool.
