We enjoyed our stay! We had an ocean view from the back patio. You can hear the ocean and watch the sunset. It’s beautiful. The condo has all the amenities you need. You can just walk across the street to Kamaole beach 3 where there’s some of the best boogie baoarding!
Clean, comfortable & in an excellent location. Loved the lanai in the mornings. It was great having stuff there to use like the beach chairs & cooler; made a huge difference in the trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, even with small/ minor issues. Only complaint is it would have been extremely helpful to have had the code for the vehicle gate before we arrived. It was an unnecessary source of frustration after a 26 hour travel day. 100% i would stay here again.
The condo was spacious for two and perfectly located. I addition to being very close to the street, the property complex has a very nice pool and very nice landscaping.Cudos to the host, Jeffries, who was very reaponsive to our communications. We had one minor problem and he had someone come in less than an hour to deal with it. Only negative was the AC. The AC wall unit is very loud and far from the bedroom and on a five hour timer (turns off automatically after 4-5 hours). We turned it on whenever we were out and at night. We also had a fan blowing AC towards the bedroom. I don’t think the AC situation would be acceptable for anyone sleeping in the pull out sofa in the living room: too loud and too cool while the bedroom remains several degrees warmer. On the other hand, the ceiling fan in the BR was very helpful and offset the AC issue a bit. We would enjoy returning but wouldn’t consider it for three or four persons due to the very poorly balanced AC situation.

The property manager is amazing. She is very communicative and supportive. The property and location are perfect for the beach and for being close to stores and restaurants.
The condo is nice and very clean. Great TVs, internet, and other amenities. It could use a few updates such as the pullout couch, AC in the bedroom, and update hallway bathroom shower fixtures. Aside from those, this a great place to stay and I would highly recommend!
It was a nice unit with a few upgrades. No mirrored walls! Nice refrigerator with a great ice maker. Plenty of towels.
Comfortable king bed. Beautiful lawns for the younger kids to run and have a great time.
The property is wonderful.This condo is perfect, it has all you need. Parking spot is close by, easy in & out with the locked gate. The beach is a minute’s walk away. It’s quiet.Love the ground floor.
Some parts of the kitchen could use a deep clean but by no means was it inadequate, it was fine.it’s difficult to maintain absolute clean with a large turnover of guests with different levels of cleanliness/respect. The grounds are also home to various birds(including hens with chicks) that add a lot of charm to the lanai but also add a certain set of challenges.
Overall it’s top of the list for go-to Kihei accommodations. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Great location. View of ocean is beautiful!! The place is a bit dated but definitely worth visiting. The bedroom has no A/c a bit warm but slept well. Definitely recommend the place.
There is not air conditioner in the room , we felt a lot of hot ....
Property was as advertised
This property was fantastic for our family of 4. We brought our kids to Maui for the first time and they fell in love with the island. This home being right by the water, having the beautiful grass to sit and watch the kids run around, the big pool, the open kitchen and living room area just made the whole experience 100 times better! We will be renting again.
