We stayed for a week with my son and daughter and their families. This house has it all! Beautiful property right on the beach. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room for all of us. So many extras included with the house, bikes and snorkel equipment. The kids were kept busy with all the sand toys. Our host Walter was amazing. Personally checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed. Mahalo Walter, we hope to return next year!

We stayed at the house for the location. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about this house. From meeting Walter who is a wonderful host to everything the house had to offer. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. Awesome beach and sunset views. Short walk to Sharks Cove. I could go on and on. Didn't want to leave, will definitely be back!

Sunset Beach Luxury Vacation is the perfect description of this beautiful home!! Our family of 10 just had a wonderful week in paradise! Every detail of this home is exactly as stated…trust the pictures & five star reviews & do not hesitate to book this home!!! The home, yard & beach are amazing! Walter is a fantastic host! Everything a family could possibly need for a perfect vacation is right there waiting for you, we were blown away. Spotlessly clean inside & out, wonderful yard for the little ones & gorgeous lanai with beach just a few steps away! Truly felt like home & was very hard to leave! Thank you again Walter for paying such close attention to every detail & providing us with such an amazing vacation! The fresh cut pineapple & Ted’s Bakery Coconut cake were much appreciated! The description of this home is right on the mark. Luxury vacation home on the beach. Plenty of room for our kids and their spouses to relax and enjoy the perfect beach experience. The home is very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a great time including beach towels, boards, snorkeling gear, outdoor showers, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, need I say more? My favorite part of the day - sitting on the back lawn watching the sunset. A huge "mahalo" to our host Walter who made sure we had everything needed for a great time! We look forward to coming back.

We have traveled as a group of family and friends to Kauai and Oahu for the last seven years and our stay at this location was absolutely perfect. Walter greeted us at the beautiful home and walked us through all of the rooms and amenities. We rarely left the home and spent every night in the back yard with amazing sunsets. This home has everything you are looking for. Great beach, great yard, great shade and even great AC when you want it. The kitchen is top notch and the beds are super comfortable. Such a great experience!

This is an amazing vacation spot. The house is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. It is stocked with everything you would need for a great beach vacation. The views of the beach from the house are stunning. Walter is a wonderful host. He was very quick to respond with any questions we had and personally gave us a tour of the house and checked us in. Everyone in my family loved this house (7 adults, ages 19-79) and are already asking when we can go back. This was an amazing stay for us, and I can’t say enough good things about it !
