The house is in a stunning location and is very spacious and large. One could truly spend an absolutely dreamlike vacation here — if it weren’t for issues that make feeling comfortable impossible.The biggest problem from our point of view was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the reality has nothing to do with the photos in the listing. The house is extremely worn out. Everywhere you look, it’s dusty, dirty, sticky, and in some places even moldy. This also applies to the outdoor terrace. We were extremely disappointed, especially because it would be absolutely no problem to maintain the house or improve it with minimal effort. The cost of the house is in no way justified. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation.
Loved the home! We were on a ‘working vacation’ as we were there for our daughter’s wedding, but watching the sunsets and relaxing at the house. Each of the rooms had its own AC and cooled down real well. I loved sitting on the deck listening to he waves. My wife loved either sitting on the deck or going down the stairs and sitting on the beach. Home was well stocked. Checkin was easy. The wifi pw on the VRBO didn’t match pw at the house, so use the house one. The driveway is a little snug fit but we had a van and a jeep so no issues, just go slow. We had a small issue with the fridge upon arrival but Tara and Natalie were super quick to address, which we really appreciated. We really loved this home and highly recommend!

Unbelievable sea and beach experience The house is exactly as advertised and more than met all our needs. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Really appreciated all the beach equipment and extras. Spectacular sunsets. You will truly have an aloha experience!!
Everything was as expected, no surprises. The only disappointment was on arrival cleaning crew were just getting started. I had received OK for a 1 hr early arrival at 3, so we left and came back at 4:30. House was ready but laundry not done. We told them we would finish up. The house was beautifully decorated and roomy and right on the beach with great views. Although it was a slow start in, it was a beautiful stay.
The location is the very best we have ever stayed at in the Islands. To wake up to the view every morning and evening was spectacular. The house had everything you need to enjoy your vacation and it was very easy to communicate with the owner. The house was comfortable and the location is outstanding. We all felt like the owner was getting short changed but the cleaning company she employed however, they are not doing a very good job. The house is not new but it is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book there again.

The property was beautiful and spacious. We had the most incredible time spending every moment we were at the house on the deck and waking up each morning to the sound of the waves. Taking the stairs down to the beach every morning and night was the cherry on top to an already perfect place. The house exceeded our expectations and dreams in every way. Whether you enjoy building sand castles with the family, a walk on the beach, a dip in the water, or watching the surfers with a drink in hand, this is THE PLACE to stay. We hope to make it back someday!
Our week in the house was relaxing and fun! Check in was flexible and easy. The house was better than the pictures and the beach was beautiful. Beach was clean. House had plenty space for party of 7! Host was receptive and thoughtful. We would definitely stay again.
This is our third time staying at this house and we absolutely loved it. Always the perfect vacation. Highly recommend.
If you’re reading this review and you’re looking for bright and shiny, move on. Homes that are right on the beach require regular maintenance and this home is no exception. However, if you are looking for a place to stay that is family friendly - large enough to accommodate eight adults - this is a wonderful choice! Each of our family units had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the dining room table was large enough for all off us to gather around. The views and beach access were so amazing!! The only down side is that there are no hand rails with any of the stairs. There are three steps to get into the house, but once those are navigated, everything on the first floor is accessible. Our local host was wonderful. She more than met our needs! So, if you are looking for a large, clean house that is right on the beach, this could be for you! (Bonus - falling asleep to the sound of powerful waves after marveling at the stars was so relaxing!)
The property is located in a great spot that is quiet and peaceful but central to many of the different activities we traveled to during our visit. The house was nice overall but there were a few items in need of replacement. The beach chairs were all rusted and broke making them unusable. The smoke detectors appeared to be missing in the house which was somewhat concerning. The beach where the house is located is great for beach activities. Overall it was a nice place to stay in a great location.
House had some maintenance issues sliding door but over all it was great. Served our needs wonderful. The property is a little trick to get into with a minivan. A large SUV may have serious issues gettint to the property.
This beachside property was perfect for our group! Each person had their own space with separate living areas, providing plenty of privacy and comfort. We especially loved the outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging and enjoying the evenings. The kitchen was fantastic—fully stocked with all the pots and utensils we needed. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach!
The property is right on the beach. The four bedrooms and four and half bathrooms were perfect for all of us. We utilized all the amenities including boogie boards and outside shower. The food were amazing especially the elephant truck. We had a blast!! Thomas

The house was ample room for all 9 of us. Bathroom for each bedroom, the beach was right out the slider. Lots of shell gathering for the kids and running around in the surf. We saw serval whales in the distance spouting and breaching! They supplied several snorkels and fins, beach chairs, large beach umbrella, boogie boards etc… made it very nice not to have to rent and wait in lines. Lots of beaches to choose from and the public beach at Turtle Bay was 15 minutes away. It was a very enjoyable stay. Definitely a must with a family!
Looking for a great place to recharge and relax after spending some time in Oahu? This is a wonderful place to do just that. We were a party of 7 who slept comfortably in this beach house. The deck led directly to a nice beach and superb views of surfers, parasailers, and occasionally whales (make sure you bring binoculars if you come during whale season.
The house sits back off the main street and feels completely safe and other than the waves crashing, completely quiet. The house needs a little TLC, the back doors slide awkwardly, the steps down to the beach lack a good handrail, and the garage needs to be cleaned out of broken chairs and toys. The kitchen is well stocked with mostly everything you need to cook, but some more kitchen utensils would have been nice.
Communication with the host was good, but a couple of times I felt like we were discussing separate houses. The listing and instructions mentioned a code of the gate and an extra key but when we arrived we noticed that the gate was only manually operated and the key was being used for the property next door. Also, when inquiring about hairdryers, we were told there were none, but there is one in each king bathroom.
However, all of these little fixes did not negatively affect our time and we appreciated the hot water (especially in the outside shower), the quick-heating appliances, and a spectacular view.
This property is right on the beach in a great location walking distance to Sunset Beach. It’s a very nice home with lots of space and a very well-appointed kitchen. We will return!
It was my wife’s and mine 45th anniversary. 2 sons and their spouses all over 40 years old and my wife and I were here for 10 days. It is literally right on the beach. We enjoyed the Sunsets, Huge waves, the surfers, spotting whales, Sunsets (again), the privacy of the property, the roominess of the inside, Sunrises, BBQing, and we were so centrally located to all the North Shore fun. We are looking forward to coming back with our
“Kids “ and Grandkids. Thank you Tara.
