Marriott Waiohai is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Guest understands that villa placement within the resort is at the sole discretion of the Marriott. While Concierge Realty will provide a confirmation specifically noting a certain view category as agreed upon in the contract, Marriott reserves the right to assign any villa of the same size anywhere within the resort as a result of mechanical failure, etc. Guest understands that the Marriott view designation does not imply or guarantee a specific vista, i.e.; guest will see the ocean, but instead only differentiates between locations within the resort.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Enjoyed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Close to the Poipu beach and lots of activities and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful property with pool and chairs overlooking the ocean.

Pros: Beautiful resort in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was very nice. Cons: Our room was not ready upon arrival (well past check in time). Impossible to get chairs for our family. Poolside activity center sells pool floats and water balls, but then does not allow the kids to use them in the pool. Our check out time per the vrbo reservation said 11:00, however the resort policy (that they enforced) is actually 10:00. No chairs, boogie boards, etc. offered in the rooms (these typically are provided in more of a condo). None of these really impacted the trip, but would have been good to know beforehand.
