Marriott Waiohai is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Guest understands that villa placement within the resort is at the sole discretion of the Marriott. While Concierge Realty will provide a confirmation specifically noting a certain view category as agreed upon in the contract, Marriott reserves the right to assign any villa of the same size anywhere within the resort as a result of mechanical failure, etc. Guest understands that the Marriott view designation does not imply or guarantee a specific vista, i.e.; guest will see the ocean, but instead only differentiates between locations within the resort.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

We are a family of 4 and paid extra to ensure we had enough beds for each son to have his own - they are big guys. It turned out that The 3rd and 4th ‘beds’ were pull out couches that were terribly uncomfortable and you could not even pull the mattresses into the floor to help the situation as they were about 2 inches thick and built into the sofa. I had asked about this at the time of booking and was assured there were 2 real beds in the second bedroom. Totally Disappointed given the price we paid - and made for a long sleepless week for one of my sons.
