This unit is considered a 2 bed, 2 bath unit by County of Kauai but there are no actual dedicated bedrooms (with walls). It is a studio style rental with sleeping area open to living room/dining room areas. Renting Side A and Side B together gives you the ability to lock the doors in between each unit and your side will function like a locked off bedroom. It was recently renovated with new floors, new appliances, new beds and AC. Enjoy everything Princeville has to offer with stunning mountain views, sunsets, a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, or walking distance to St. Regis and its stunning ocean views. Hale Moi is walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Foodland grocery store, and Makai Golf Course are both within 2 miles of this unit.
Princeville town is only 2 miles long from entrance to end (St. Regis Hotel) and is uniquely connected by a wonderful walking/jogging path all the way through.
Please note: Hale Moi 112 is a lock-out style unit, with units A & B each having its own lockable space yet connected by a common hallway for ease of use between both sides when all doors are open. Considered a 2 bed, 2 bath, each side is set up as a hotel room style with bed, dining room and living room all open in one space.

The location is close to golf and plenty of places to eat and shop both in Princeville and Hanalei. The condo was roomy and nice. Everything we needed for a fun stay was provided. I would book it again when I’m back to Kauai.

Finding this listing was very easy and the drive and location is beautiful. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, and all the supplies we needed for beach activities. Loved having enough space for all of us to be together, while also having the 2 separate spaces for personal/alone time if needed. Lots of walking paths and beautiful views. Looking forward to coming again.

This place feels like someones beloved get away home. Opening the screen door to the lanai to listen to the rain, birds, roosters, and wind through the trees is extremely relaxing. Well stocked kitchen, small washer and dryer available. Easy access through door codes. Has a very modern feels with the tile wood style floors. Friendly local cats are around. Bath and beach towels provided. Also had a hairdryer. Having the two separate apartments was great. My husband and I stayed in the Plumeria suite and my parents stayed in Nene. Allowed us to be together but comfortable in our own separate spaces.

I cannot say enough good things about staying at the Treetop Suites at Hale Moi! First off the location amazing and the beach is so close! I loved that we had a reserved parking spot that was so close to the unit. Inside there was everything you could need and more- snorkel gear, beach towels and even coolers! It was so nice to have a full kitchen that was stocked with all the basics and more. We spent most of our time outside but at night it was nice to cozy up and watch a little TV and they had every channel. We loved traveling to Hanalei which is so close to grab some shaved ice and check out the sunsets! I hope to come back and stay here again. It was an amazing value especially for Hawaii! We will be back!

The Tree House was a lovely place to base our activities from while we were in Princeville. They have every thing we needed from beach towels, washer/drier, snorkel equipment and an amazing view. Having a bicycle would be a smart means of transport while there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marties tree house condo. Waking up to to the Hanalei sunrise and the sound of the birds was spectacular. This has definatley been an amazing experience and we all hope to return soon. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

We stayed there for a week and it was magical. Never heard any noise except for birds and roosters. The view is so calming and the unit is complete with everything you need and more. We had some issues with the washer but they were adresses right away and even compensated. I would literally move to Kauai and live in this unit! Thank you Martie
