One very nice surprise about our stay: the big draw of this condo is of course the ocean views, and it was really lovely to have the wide ocean views in every room. BUT ALSO there is a window in the dining room with a great view of the mountains! I loved looking out that window. We enjoyed our stay here. I was worried about the lack of AC, but the condo has really good airflow with the open windows, and the master bed is right under a fan. We slept well, and even in the heat of the day were not uncomfortable thanks to the breezes. Checkin was smooth. We used the kitchen a fair amount and liked it. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided. Easy parking. Lots of closet and dresser space. Another surprise plus: being able to lay in bed and watch the sun rise!
This is the second time we have stayed here and will be back. You couldn’t ask for a better view. Clean space and the condo has everything you could need. Love it here!
The views from this condo were stunning! Beds were comfortable. No AC but not a problem for us with the trade winds and high quality windows. There were beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards which was a nice surprise! A few more bowls with lids for food storage and a larger skillet would have been nice but still well appointed kitchen.
We were delighted with this unit! We stayed one week. It was clean, smelled clean, the rooms , kitchens, bathrooms spotless, Toto Toilets a plus, and the spectacular ocean views were just stunning! The manager was responsive for each time we reached out to them. We had trouble with the opening the door but they answered right away and helped us figure it out. We would come back again for sure!!Thank you for a wonderful stay !
Great location, we even say humpbacks from our lanai. This is a very well stocked condo, quiet location and beautiful well maintained grounds throughout the complex and overall neighborhood. The only possible negative is that many of the framed prints are faded and need to be replaced. It's closer to Princeville but only about 10" to Hanalei. Would definitely book it again.
Our condo was beautiful and perfect! We saw whales from the lanai and beautiful birds. Fell asleep to sounds of the ocean. Close to great restaurants and Annini beach. The North Shore is beautiful and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back to stay.
The property had a great view, but the property manager was unresponsive. The cable box did not work, they sent maintenance who did not fix it, so he took the Roku box from bedroom--resulting in no tv in bedroom and only Roku streaming for the entire stay.
Did not supply enough toilet paper. We were staying for 14 days. Expected to buy ourselves--never had to do that at any other Vrbo property.
Kitchen had been remodeled, but the stove did not work well. Also, the stove & microwave control indicators had rubbed off so had to hunt to use both.
Beds and living room furniture were uncomfortable and virtually no décor compared to other places that I have stayed.
This property was perfect for our needs. The view was outstanding and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and was nice and quiet. We appreciated the boogie boards to use. If we travel back to Kaua’i we will book here again.

We have stayed on Kauai many times and in this set of condos(Ali Kai multiple times) but never this unit. Overall it was great - very clean & views were spectacular. The only issue we had was the furniture. There is no comfortable place to sit in the house except the beds(they were great). The lanai has cheap plastic chairs, making it difficult to be comfortable but also due to the low height hard to get a good view over the railing. We will be back to this area but not this particular condo.
The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. The place is set up nicely with wonderful Hawaiian art on he walls. We were very comfortable there.
This was an idyllic spot for our time on the North Shore of Kauai. We spent the days exploring and our evenings watching Hawaii-themed movies while listening to the rain and waves below. There is no A/C, as noted, so plan any hair drying with the excellent hair dryers accordingly!
If you are looking for a convenient location to Princeville and the North Shore with amazing ocean views from one side of the condo and amazing mountain views on the other, this is where you should stay. We had 4 adults (2 couples), the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was large enough for us all to move in and out without getting in each other's way. And again, as mentioned - the views are to die for.
Nice clean 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo. Not exactly a penthouse but very comfortable with great view. Thank you.

We were upgraded to this property after the one we reserved had a leaky roof. The views are amazing. We were disappointed that there wasn't any AC, but the ocean breeze did a pretty good job keeping us cool. Although, I did wake up hot once in a while. The king-sized mattress in the primary suite was a little too firm for my taste. I asked the property managers if they had a mattress topper, or something, because it was causing me back and neck pain, but I never heard back from them. I ended up sleeping on the couch or in the spare room with my daughter. There's a lovely but steep hiking trail behind the condo to a turtle cave that I recommend you check out if it's not too muddy and slippery.
Very clean and comfortable stay, it was exactly what we were hoping for. The view of the ocean is even more beautiful in person!

Unit was good but very hot with no air conditioning. Ceiling fans helped but needed more additional fans. We arrived late at night so would recommend someone stopping by the day of check in and opening all of the windows to at least allow some air into the unit. Also, units downstairs have screen doors so that you can leave the door open..we would suggest that the owner have a screen door installed - would have made a tremendous difference on the airflow...we didn’t leave the door open due to possibility of bugs/mosquitoes. Other than the heat we were very happy! Management company was great and very quick to respond when we called with small issue.

Many things not in good working condition. Fans not working. Not all dresser drawers not useable. Stairs under repair made access a bit difficult. View was still great!
