Wonderful comdo with a beautiful view. Very easy checi-in and out. It's a lovely place and the beds were comfy. Well supplied kitchen and lots of beach supplies that made our trip so much easier. Very responsive hosts if you have any questions. Great place!

The condo is on a great property and has a great layout, but could use a remodel. Nothing was broken, just old and dated. The view is really amazing, so that makes up for it. Also, they could use some new beach chairs and umbrellas....the chairs were in pretty rough shape and the umbrella were useless since they can't be screwed into the sand. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We thought we had really messed up when there was no a/c but after opening the windows and doors it was the best!! Our views of the ocean & the mountains was amazing!! We would recommend this condo for other guests and would stay there again.
The most gorgeous spot to stay, amazing ocean views (so close you can hear the waves) This is an end unit so you get lots of natural light and windows, and that lovely night breeze. Other people staying at this resort were very quiet and nice, comfiest beds ever (we all slept so great). Lovely pool and hot tub with separate adult only hot tub (we had kids and loved having a hot tub where they were welcome). Seriously we loved it so much we want to buy it!
Exactly as shown on listing. Nice breeze in evening keeps place cool so no air conditioning was not sn issue Would stay agsin.
We stayed a week at the Cliffs and it’s a quiet, very well maintained community, with large green space and beautiful overlooks to the ocean. The Cliffs staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We spent a lot of time walking, and sitting in the comfortable Adirondack chairs provided to enjoy the lovely setting. Our time in the unit was comfortable, but a bit disappointing at how outdated and in some cases in ill-repair it is. The carpet appears new, but everything else is not. The kitchen supplies were limited, compared to the many other VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. The loft gets quite warm since there’s no ac, but most days/nights the air flow was adequate to cool things down. The drain was stuck shut in one of the tubs, and maintenance was quick to respond to fix it. The owners were friendly, responsive and provided important info prior to arrival.

We love the Cliffs and have stayed multiple times there. This is a wonderful end unit with great views. Everything needed in the kitchen and comfortable furnishings including great beds!!! Thanks we will be back!
The location and landscaping were very beautiful short walk to the cliffs to view the ocean. It worked very well with two beds upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs to accommodate my two daughters and their three girls. The swimming pool was beautiful and was used several nights. The pizza truck a couple evenings a week was convenient and very tasty.The beach equipment was very useful The only thing that’s needed is a dustpan. There is a broom, but no way to pick up what you broomed overall, I would stay there again very beautiful view.
Terrific.Only issue is that the golf course had 9 holes closed and still charged full fare to play 9 holes twice. Not cool for a 300 round.
Great location. We were very disappointed that we did not receive the mid stay cleaning service as stated. We had to wash our linen and we ran out of toilet paper. The property manager said we need to check with the owner concerning services. I suspect that the promised service was included in my fee, but I see no way of recovering it.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was super relaxing and the condo was it a great location to explore loved the ocean view and cool breeze.
My family and I enjoyed the views although the whole time we were very hot because the property manager named Dwight refused to respond to my concerns. He told me to contact maintenance but there is no air conditioning and the fans are broken and there are not enough fans to stay cool. The fan upstairs is falling apart and the knob on the back is broken. There is no fan downstairs except a ceiling one that is very faint and has no wind power so you feel pretty much nothing from it. And my mom was also hot in her room. This was very very rude for him not to respond and only tell us to contact maintenance who can’t help with the amenities in the unit. He never apologized for any inconvenience and just said contact maintenance. The broom was falling apart and the blender also was very stained and hardly working. On a positive note, Kapua who worked at the front office and the supervisor Loni and Derrick were all so very kind and pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay to the best of our ability. Especially Kapua so ask for get if you have any issues because she is compassionate considerate and kind. If I had time I would have bought her flowers but I’m sending her so much love Happiness and prosperity. Actually everyone who helped us out including the maintenance men who helped us with our heavy bags.I wouldn’t stay here again only because the property manager who is not on sight named Dwight did not address all of our concerns to be comfortable

The condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the property was perfect for our family of 5. Check-in involved getting a couple of key cards at a central desk, just like a hotel, which I think is easier than making sure you get an email at the last minute with a code like some other places. Everything was as advertised, plenty of dishes and silverware. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts on site, as well as use of the bicycles. There were beach chairs, a cooler, and lots of masks and snorkels, in small kid and adult sizes, and some fins to use as well, though only one of us tried them out. On a side note, though we were disappointed not to hike the Napali coast with our kids due to the difficulty of getting a reservation at Ha'ena State Park, we were able to reserve a self-guided tour at Limahuli Garden right next door, which was a different uniquely Hawaiian experience.
The views from this place are incredible over looking the ocean from the third floor. The place was clean and easy to find. The pool area was refreshing with a kids wading pool with water falls, a main pool with water falls,a back pool with water falls. There is a hot tub by the main pool and a adults only hot tub by the back pool (we were at the pool every evening). The grill areas were great too, a large covered area with several grills. The grills looked a little older but upon opening clean as the day they were new. Our stay was great and would definitely stay here again.
We love Kauai and enjoyed staying in your condo. The view is incredible and your unit offered everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay! We are looking forward to our next visit already. Mahalo
This is our third time staying at this location. As always, there’s no better deal when you factor in the view, location, and price. The Cliffs property is also such a fantastic venue. Will look to stay here again next year!

We loved this condo unit and location. The trade winds kept the condo comfortable during the day, and actually cool at night. The location is PERFECT. The condo kitchen is well stocked and we loved the boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella and snorkel gear. We loved the pizza food truck that came to the condo complex twice a week too. Would highly recommend this place, and will definitely book this place again when we return.
