New Listing! Hale Moi 112 Side B affectionately called the Plumeria Suite because of the islands abundance and popularity of the fragrant Plumeria flower. Feel free to pick them and place on top of your ear like the locals do.
This unit is considered a one bedroom by the County of Kauai but functions like a studio unit as the 'bedroom' does not have walls. The bedroom area is open to living and dining areas but it's entry door to the unit can be closed and locked so the entire unit is yours exclusively.
Recently renovated with new floors, new refrigerator, a grand breakfast bar, new window coverings and AC. This is a hotel style accommodation with one open room for the bedroom, eating area, and living room. There is no kitchen with cooking appliances or washer and dryer so please plan and pack accordingly. Stays beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

Enjoy everything Princeville has to offer with its stunning mountain views, sunsets, a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, walking distance to St. Regis with incredible ocean views. Hale Moi is close to restaurants, Foodland grocery store, and the Makai Golf Course too.
Princeville town is only 2 miles long from entrance to end (St. Regis Hotel) and a wonderful walking/jogging path connects everyone all the way through.
Hale Moi 112 is a lock-out style unit, with units A & B each having its own lockable space yet connected by a common hallway Each guest has access to the main entry door but once within you would proceed to your unit for privacy and your own space. The lanai even has a divider between the units to aide in the privacy for all.

This VRBO had everything we needed and was in a GREAT location. It is really close to a beach and a lookout that’s great for sunsets and we ended up loving the mountain views from the patio. The added bonus of having some beach chairs and towels to use ended up really coming in handy! The place is cute and cozy and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had everything we needed for stay, kitchen was stocked, beach items were included- cooler, chairs and towels. Martie was so helpful with promptly answering any questions we had. The location is so beautiful especially looking out the lanai to the mountains, foilage and even a rainbow welcomed us our first morning there. We were able to walk down to Hideaway Beach (wear appropriate footwear, its steep) and we also walked over to Queens bath (again wear good footwear). Since there is no washer and dryer, we are thankful we planned accordingly. Thanks again Martie. We definitely recommend.

We love the location, the condo was just as it was stated in the description.
It’s a perfect location if you want to explore the area for the price
It’s a little harder to get to the beach because you have to walk down the steep hill, but the views are amazing.
The only negative we had about the condo was it needed more towels, you get 4 towels total for 3 night stay. The beach towels are old and worn, The bed pillows were extremely dirty and uncomfortable. sitting out on the deck was a little tough because it was not very clean and patio furniture was questionable.
When we went to use the dishes, they were also some plates that were dirty. You have to wash your own dishes and I don’t think the people before us did. They should check before the rent it that it is clean. Little things like the lamp shades were dirty. All that adds up, just need a good clean.
The condo space is comfortable, quiet and accommodating,
I would recommend but know it’s the location and quite that makes this a good place to stay.

My husband I and visit Kauai almost every year. We always book a condo with at least 1 bedroom because I go to bed earlier than him. So imagine my surprise when we check in and this is a studio, even though the listing clearly states 1 BEDROOM. I messaged the property manager and she replied that in the description it says “hotel room style accommodations”. We have stayed in many hotels where they do have bedrooms inside the room. So describing it as "hotel style accommodations" doesn't accurately convey the layout of the listing and is purposefully misleading especially since VRBO allows rentals to be listed as studios.
The pictures provided with the listing are cleverly taken and none of them show the room in its entirety (even though it is possible to take a picture of the whole room).
That being said, the room was updated with newer flooring and kitchenette. We did make a trip to Costco the day after we checked in to purchase pillows, linens and beach towels. The pillows were absolutely gross if you looked under the pillow case. The did provide beach towels but they were older and small.
It's an acceptable space if you know what you are getting.

This comfortable condo was perfect for our week-long stay in north Kauai! In a great location, the studio is huge, with living area, kitchen area, and bed next to the lanai. Communication was great. Highly recommend!

Simple, clean, no-frills rental. Appreciated the balcony view very much! Found a few amenities lacking: primarily not enough bedding (we were cold at night time), no washer dryer, and no first aid kit. Would recommend for a good, clean, simple stay
