lovely relaxing experience. Met a lot of nice vacationers from all over the globe at the pool in the early evening. Very enjoyable stay.
We were thoroughly pleased that the pictures were actually what we got and more! The condo is very spacious and clean. We were so surprised that we actually had a full kitchen. Janet (the owner) is responsive and communicates well. The neighbors were a little loud but other than that we very much so enjoyed our stay.

We loved this rental. The host is fantastic and very responsive. There was an issue with the internet on the 4th of July when we got there and she was back to us in minutes with a scheduled appointment for the internet company. Thats on Independence Day in the US..... The only issues were 1. No AC, which is common to not have AC in HI, but its something to keep in mind. We kind of saw it as a positive as it forced us to acclimate to the weather/humidity. 2. The windows are great and let in tons of air. IF you have the curtains open. But, if you have the curtains open then you dont have any privacy. The windows that open are on the bottom so if there were blinds or curtains that covered the stationary top 2/3 part of the windows then you could have the curtains closed with privacy and air flow. We should have taken a picture to explain it better. There was plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and bedding.Janet also has a variety of items for beach use. She also had a cooler, water filter, and ice cube trays.The unit was very clean! Shoes are not worn inside home in HI and we did not feel any sand or dirt on the floor.

Everything was even better than we had imagined! Comfortable king sized bed, Completely stocked kitchen, All of the beach necessities, Fantastic vibe at the Sandpiper, Perfect pool and BBQ area. Our host was available, but not intrusive. It was perfect!
Great stay! Anini beach snorkeling was fun. Green sea turtle, moray eel and many other species of fish. Hiking at Haena was amazing!What views! Big WOW!

First floor unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and the swimming pool is very close. The area is nice and quiet.
We had a wonderful vacation staying in your condo. We loved that it is only a 10 minute drive down to Hanalei and would drive down to walk the beach every morning. Princeville is a great community for walking. If we needed something from the grocery store we would walk the mile to pick it up. Walks in paradise is wonderful. The condo itself was well equipped for all our needs. We would love to come back. Sue and John
We loved the apartment and the sunsets on the deck. The hosts were friendly and helpful. A great place for a couple or single traveler
My wife and I spent our honeymoon, at one of Janet’s properties and it was perfect for our stay. It was a great location with tones of close amenities. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was on the road to Hanalei which is where we wanted. Loved the walkability and the scenic views on foot. Place was clean and appreciated having clean floors to walk on, clean bed to sleep in and a washer/dryer.
Great condo for a place to stay on the North Shore. Perfect home base to come back to after adventuring the island all day. Loved amenities that were offered at this condo as well.
My husband and I love to visit the area and decided to stay in Princeville this time. We enjoyed the walking path right outside of the complex and the proximity to a wonderful grocery store and little shops! We are looking forward to our visit again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood off the tourist path but close to everything you'd want to see. Had everything we needed but mattress could use a topper. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Had a great stay at Janet's apartment in Princeville. The unit is larger than it appears in the pictures. Lots of friendly neighborhood cats came to say hello on the lanai! There were a lot of families in the community and noisy chickens, but not so much noise that it detracted from our stay. Very convenient for hiking Napali coast!
Overall really impressed with the property, location, & amenities!
Our stay here was great! The natural light is great, and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. There were beach items available for use, as well as sunscreen. The upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around, but each night it quieted down at a good hour. The complex is easy to park in, and was quiet as well!

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in the area. Clean, quiet, and close to everything you need. Morning coffee on the lanai will be missed, until my return.
This rental was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Relaxing at the beach or the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I agonized over where to stay for my annual trip to the north shore of Kauai. Janet's place was perfect. It was spacious & immaculately clean & stocked with everything you could want while on the best island. Janet is also very kind & understanding. At the last minute, my husband couldn't go on the trip & my friend ended up joining instead. The home is spacious enough that we had enoigh personal space. I hope to stay here again in the future.
The pictures don't do the property justice. Lovely clean well equipped unit close to shopping, walking paths and Hanalei Bay. I would recommend this place.
Well equipped, clean and good value. The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable which was a downside. I struggled to sleep. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location is good.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this condo. The photos don't do it justice for how much space you get. The lanaei was probably our favorite part, we loved sitting out there listening to the birds or the rain while we had breakfast. The bed was a nice, but on the firm side, memory foam which was pleasant for our long stay. Close to many beautiful beaches and delicious bites of food. We also appreciated being able to use the cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. The only negative that hindered us a little was that the washer gave our clothes a terrible odor during the first wash or two. Otherwise the place is on the older side so it could use updates here and there but I think you get a real gem for your money and Janet was very accommodating! We would come back!
Great place. Short drive to hanalei and walks to two nice beaches (Anini, sealodge). Very cute and clean place with nice open space and deck. Would 10/10 recommend. Janet is a very nice host as well.
