The unit was very spacious for a 1 bdrm/2 bath unit. It was very clean. Our only big complaint would be the a/c. It is only in the bedroom. The description said entire unit. It is a mini split above the bed. We had to plug in the fans that were in the closet to cool the living room. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable, was better to leave it as a sofa. There was 3 of us, we only stayed 2 nights, would not be able to stay longer due to the sofa bed, our daughter slept on. Also, far from beach, walkable if you must, but a few minutes to drive too. Otherwise, easy check in. Close parking and very clean. We left 2 more Tommy bahama chairs and an umbrella. So the next is 100% beach ready. Thank you for allowing us to rent your unit.

Check in process was super smooth. We arrived late and it was so easy to get into our condo.
We have stayed at Ekahi Village before however this property was not in our opinion to the property standards.
The condo is very clean and did have a stocked kitchen with all the appliances needed for our stay. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy.
Some basic and general upkeep is needed for this condo. Cupboards in kitchen look tired and need some paint in lots of areas. Light in living room doesnt work even when we put in a new light bulb. Mirror in the master bedroom ensuite doesnt work and considering this is where a direct shower is, this would be nice to have working. There are picture hooks in the wall but nothing hanging on them. Brackets still up on the kitchen window but no blind anymore. Perhaps remove them if not needed?
Sofa bed in living room is very old and uncomfortable for someone to sleep on. Person felt the frame in their back all night!!
Beach chairs were very dirty with garbage left in the pockets. Compared to our previous stay at Ekahi this condo lacked some basic things like an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys etc which most condo units provide.
Overall rating for this condo would be a 3 out of 5. We love Ekahi Village but would not stay in this unit again.

Kitchen could benefit by clearing out the mix match of kitchen dishes, skillets, pots & pans, glassware, etc. We cooked in mostly found what we needed however it took some creativity. Condo was well furnished with the exception of the bedroom, a dresser would be beneficial. There is a rinky dink small drawer cabinet in bathroom but unsuitable for tshirts, etc.

Nice place on Wailea for my family of 3. Location was hard to beat. Quick drive to the pool/beach. We plan on staying again.

First you need to know the “AC” is actually a wall unit located in the bedroom only. The first day was miserable waiting for the house to cool down but after that it wasn’t horrible. The place needs to be updated and the walls cleaned. The photos look like from 10 years ago. The best part was the view from the kitchen window but it could use some blinds as the sun sets. The bed was very comfortable. Also a big thank you to the property manager Kathy who found me overheated after a long, hot walk down the boardwalk and gave me a ride to our condo. Thank you so much for your kindness. All in all our stay turned out nice but this place could use a little TLC to make it perfect.
