The location, unfortunately, wasn’t as expected. The immediate area felt a bit run-down and when we arrived there were people loitering right next to the parking lot. It didn’t give a great first impression in terms of safety. Inside the unit, the condition was below standard. The bedroom paint was uneven and faded, the carpet was old, and the overall space felt quite dingy vs how it appeared in photos. We also had multiple functional issues: one day we didn’t have hot water, hooks fell off the wall when we tried to use them, and a bathroom door handle was broken and frequently stuck. What made things more frustrating was the response from management. This property is managed by Alii Resorts. When I called to request help and understand my options I was told to give it a shot. And when I asked what would happen if things didn’t improve the manager clarified he didn’t mean give it a shot and then we’ll help fix it he meant give it a shot because you have no other options. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The following day, the management company called to ask if they could bring “something” to improve our stay but offered no specifics, which came across more as appeasing a review than addressing the underlying issues. I travel regularly and genuinely try to be flexible, but given the condition of the property and handling of our concerns, I can’t recommend this rental.

The kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was efficient and everyone was very pleasant. The view is amazing, saw turtles, walked the beach and shopping was convenient.
Property was a nice location right on the beach. Sorry to say there was also a stranded 85 foot boat in front of us. Not the condos responsibility though. Condo was adequate and clean could use some updating but so could I at home. Barbecue is inconvenient and next to the garbage.. would have been nice to have a representative. Explain the workings of the condo but nothing too hard Here to figure out except the television! Susan was a great help
The Ali’i staff was exceptional from accommodating last minute moves due to construction to checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Great staff! Unit has a fantastic view, great location and on a very nice beach. Only one small issue was the lanai. It has the A/C compressor on it and it blows hot air to the point you can’t sit outside if it is on. It is easily turned off with remote but the the inside heats up. Really wasn’t a big deal for us but might be for others. Great place for a good price.
The property was fine and kept clean but not the condo
Location is what this place is all about - you couldn't be any closer to the ocean unless you are in it - it is wonderful!
The Management was excellent & made the check in & out process very easy. They kept us informed when the Condo was going to be ready and got us in as soon as possible since we came in on an morning flight.
The Condo itself I wouldn't recommend - we came with our entire family so we had rented 6 of the Condo's - I can say that all of the other Units were better equipment and updated - they were all very lovely - I would come back and rent one of the other ones. Our Condo was in desperate need of some updates - the furniture is very old and terribly uncomfortable - I don't know how anyone can sit in the 2 chairs in the living room - they are unstable - an older person would not be able to get in and out of them - the linen was very old and needs replacing & the chairs out on the patio do not have the same cushions that is pictured on the website - ours were thin and don't fit the chairs.
The other Condo's came with Tommy Bahama chairs and a sand umbrella - ours came with 2 camping type chairs & no umbrella. While they provided 2 beach towels once again the other Condo's my family rented came with at least 4 or more.
We made everything work and had a wonderful trip but since I was able to be in 5 other Condo's in the same building I feel like I can fairly state that ours was below the standards as some of the other Condo's.
This was an awesome condo with a great view. Loved the location. Convenient to have a farmer's market, pastry shop, shaved ice, and ABC store so close also.
The view here is breathtaking and we enjoyed many hours just listening to the waves crashing on the shore. The unit is desperately in need of updating as there is paint peeling right at the front door and the bedroom is dark and uninviting.
Management was wonderful and accommodated in every way they could.
Great place! Will stay here again whenever we make it back to this beautiful Island!
This property is directly on the beach. You cannot get any closer. The are is good with a farmers market and bakery across the street.
