Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s conveniently located to shopping, dining, and many other activities. There’s also access to a community pool and hot tub, as well as a gym and grills. A lot of non-perishable staple items were in the kitchen, which was nice. The unit has AC which is on the rare side, and the MBR was very comfortable. The den and upstairs BR were a little warm at first but cooled off with the breeze and AC. Convenient to the airport, which was nice since we did a day trip to the big island. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at many VRBO‘s in Kihei. This was probably our favorite. Air conditioning was great and the rooms were spacious.Because of the heavy rains, we were not able to get into the ocean for a couple of days. We found the pool area to be a good substitute… Very nice and fun for the grandkids.Thank you!Mark
The condo is very well equiped with everything a family needs for a two week stay. Great views from the lanai.
Great property, great location, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable living area. We very much enjoyed our stay, and will definitely check availability of this property during our next visit to Maui.
Richard and Sue’s condo was perfect for our family. It was right across the street from Kamaole Sands 3 Beach, close to restaurants and shops. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 with a room in the loft area for kids and a big kitchen thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo. I hope that one day we will be able to come back.
We loved our stay here. Walk to a beautiful beach with snorkeling. Really lovely kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of places to eat. Wonderful condo.

The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy, the beach was only a 5 minute walk away.

Our stay in this property was great. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We had a couple issues with the internet and the toilet handle breaking and the owners were quick to respond. The unit was properly air conditioned which was also great.
We loved our stay
This was our first time to Maui and we absolutely loved the accommodations. We felt the pictures were accurate. The location is perfect. Very close to the ocean, walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The resort property is immaculate. Loved the pool, played pickleball. Lots of beach towels and chairs for use. We would definitely stay there again. Easy contact with host and easy check in and out. Thank you for letting us stay. Hope to be back.
Did not want to do a lot of driving so this location in south Maui is great. Close to several beaches. The umbrellas were nice too.
Wonderful location! Property as advertised, spacious and updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved being so close to the beach and having beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles to use. Manager was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Tennis courts were a bonus for my kids -- had to pay each time to use them though. Would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to return in the future!
Place was as advertised. Kitchen could use some more cooking items and glassware etc. Same with some of the beach items. Nothing wrong with it but have stayed in places previously with much more items.
We had a great time! Great location, easy parking. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Wish the Kitchen was better equipped- no large pots or grilling spatula and pans were a bit scratched up. Condo staff were not very friendly but nice amenities in the complex.
