Bedroom two offers cozy accommodations with a queen size bed, split ac and views of the backyard. Bedroom three is light and airy with a beautiful queen bed set, split ac, and a view of the front and backyards. Both bedrooms conveniently share a full bathroom. The spacious living room boasts cozy seating and the dining area is perfectly positioned to take in the marina views. Holo Holo Hale offers a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar. Wireless internet, cable television, and laundry facilities ensure you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay.

Koko Marina is just a two-minute drive from Holo Holo Hale where you’ll find dining, shops, a movie theater, a fitness facility, and access to a wide range of water sports and a beautiful small sandy beach in Portlock. An 8-minute drive takes you to some of the most celebrated beaches on the island including Hanauma Bay and Sandy Beach, and downtown Waikiki is a quick 15-minute drive. The east side beaches of Waimanalo and Kailua are very closeby and one of the most scenic drives on the island!

Overall, the house is terrific. Shopping is very near by, and it’s not far from key attractions like snorkeling at Hana’uma Bay (which was our grandkids’ favorite). The closest beaches walkable and are great for very young kids. The beaches in Kailua and Lanikai are not far away, and are outstanding. Waikiki is less than a half hour away. The house has a few drawbacks, however. There is no dishwasher. The large windows in the dining room and living room are great for watching sunrises and sunsets, but can get extremely warm in the afternoons, even with the room air conditioning on high. (Each room has its own air conditioning unit.) Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time staying in Hawaii Kai! We enjoyed kayaking as a family to the coffee shop and practicing paddle boarding. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but has friendly neighbors. The location of this house is perfect! It’s out of the way from tourists, but close to many destinations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We travel to Hawaii for work several times a year and this could be our favourite place to stay. It is super clean, well located, super comfortable beds, extremely well equipped kitchen, great setting and patio and easy access to the highways and city. The only reason we will not return right now is the main living area is not air conditioned and based on its position to the sun, house style and number of windows, the main living area (kitchen, dining room and living room) turns into an oven during the day and it is almost unbearable. Even with a room fan and opening the windows to try and create a cross breeze, the space was stifling on sunny days. We loved the kitchen but it was almost too hot to cook, as it heated up the space even more. If the owners install an AC unit in the main living area like they have in the bedrooms, we would exclusively rent this location every time we come, which is for about a month or more each year. TV in the master bedroom might be a nice addition as well but overall this is a PERFECT place to call home away from home IF air conditioning is installed in the main living area and not just the bedrooms. If you love the heat ... this is a great place to rent!!!

We had the best time. Six adults stayed. Place was immaculate. ALL the beds were very comfortable. The management company could have not been more responsive about everything. For example, we could not find the BBQ tools, they arrived within minutes with a new one. Grocery store a 10 minute walk away. Definitely stay here again.

This was a one of a kind vacation thanks to the location and ambiance of this house! We immediately felt at home and welcomed. The house has everything you need to make it feel like home with every upgrade for comfort. The living space has a stellar view on the water and even stocked with kayaks and paddle boards! We also had a dock to load and unload super easy. The management team was prompt and super friendly. We will certainly book with them again!

I really loved the location. It was perfect for our family. So close to anything we wanted yet far from the business of Waikiki. The home was so clean and the attention to the details, down to the beach chairs and toys. We will definitely stay here again.
