If you want easy access to the beach, the beautiful trails of Makawao Forest Reserve, and the shops and restaurants of Paia, this is as good as it gets. This home is a short walk to great places to eat, shop, and windsurf. It's spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for family and friends who want social as well as quiet time. We'll be back for sure, a big thanks to Darcy for making our visit seamless.

We had another great stay here. We love the location, the views are nice, and there are some secured outdoor areas that are great for watersports gear.
Unfortunately, the price has ratcheted up to eye-watering levels without a corresponding investment in the property. Since its renovation (in 2019, I think), the property has gotten tired in a hundred little ways that would be easy to overlook if it were less expensive, but don't seem commensurate with the current pricing.

This home is exactly as indicated in the description. We had a great stay. The house is comfortable and setting lovely. But not so lovely that you don’t want to go explore Maui. It’s a great home base and has an adequately stocked kitchen for cooking if need be.
To be clear, it’s not on the beach and is several blocks to the beach. The walk is easy but I thought it would be a little closer…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paia Family House! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered my many questions. We loved Maui, and this house made it even better!

We loved our stay here - all the reviews we read are spot on. Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Location could not be better - close to all the things we wanted to do - eat, shop, beach, turtles, Hana, Haleakala … cannot say enough good things. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful house, clean and perfect for a group. Paia town a quick 6 minute walk and beach about 10 min walk. Lovely shops, restaurants etc all close by.
