The Alai Kai 2 unit was perfectly located with a full complement of amenities. The king bed was very comfortable & both bathrooms were so nice. Both showers were walk-in with rolling glass doors. The kitchen was a modern remodel with granite countertops countertops & stainless steel refrigerator. The living room was nice sized & comfortably furnished. The lanai has an unobstructed garden view with the ocean in the distance. Parking was very close & uncrowded. Alai Kai 2 is located near the of the road & the island’s northern cliffs, so it is a quiet location with no drive through traffic. The owner provided us with all the necessary information & the check in was easy. I would highly recommend this property & hope to rebook it when we return to Kauai!

Simple, clean, all you need. We stayed 4 weeks and were quite happy with the condo. Lovely forest & ocean view from patio. Very nice condo complex, very well maintained. Lots of hiking and activities close by. Easy walk to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Very responsive, friendly owners.

This property has everything you could want in terms of amenities, and we each enjoyed having our own bathroom with a newly installed large shower. But the very best part for us was the lanai. The view is nicer than in the photo, and waking up to the sounds of birds (minus the roosters) was just so lovely. We had regular morning visits from a family of Nenes as well as many other curious birds as we drank our coffee. This property is well-priced and we would definitely stay here again!

We spent two weeks lounging in the condo and exploring the amazing Princeville area. The condo backs up to a quiet jungle area with a view of the ocean in the distance. Highly recommend Princeville and this property made for a great home base.

The condo was ideal for our little family. We’ve spent 15 years visiting the North Shore of Kauai and this was a great place to spend the last few days of our couple weeks visit this year. - the spacious jungle view from the living room was wonderful. - the patio was a lovely place to ease into the morning … complete with visits from Nenes and their baby chicks. - there was ample parking and so close to the unit (very convenient) - the pool and jacuzzi were nice and also very close - loved the convenience of filtered water and ice at the pool - the kitchen was nice and well prepared for cooking. - great value considering that we stayed during the holidays - comfortable and clean - simple check-in Would recommend!
