The property was wonderful and we loved our stay. It was well appointed with everything that we could need and then some. Communication with the property manager was easy, quick and thorough. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity permit.

Beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable, with nice linens. A/C worked excellent, except for one bedroom. It must not have had a vent. We didn't see one there anyway. Nice large lanai ovelooking the pool area. Would definitely stay here again.
We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely townhome. We had everything we could have wanted and if we needed something we just let the management team know. The townhome was pristine. The home loooked towards the pool which was so pretty. The small details with fresh flowers, pool/beach towels and beach necessities were perfect. We loved this place and we hope to return again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Fully stocked kitchen, enough laundry detergent, soap, etc AND beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear - anything and everything you could need for your trip. Rooms were comfortable and 3 full bathrooms is unbeatable. Found ourselves asking on day 1 if it was too early to book again! Will absolutely be back.
Great condo with plenty of space for family of 4 with one adult son and teenage daughter. Very clean and convenient location.
We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo is maybe the best stocked vacation rental that I have stayed in. The kitchen had everything you will need to cook. There are lots of safety and fun beach equipment. The three beds and three full bathrooms is so helpful when spending lots of time at the beach. The lanai was great and we ate every meal out there. Parking was very easy just across from the unit. There is an amazingly beautiful walking path just by the golf course for exercise or a short walk into Princeville for food, shopping, or groceries. We stayed here and also in Poipu but prefer Princeville and its many beaches, and Hanalei cannot be missed. The manager was very responsive when we needed something midweek. We will be back!
We loved the layout of this rental and location. Place was super clean with the exception of one item which we notified the management about- likely a former renter who just put the item back in cupboards dirty!There was everything you needed for the beach as well! Would stay here again!!
Everything was as advertised, clean and efficient. The personal touches (great towels, fresh flowers, etc.) were much appreciated.
Amazing spot with all the amenities you could ask for and it was in great condition. We loved the large patio, the pool and hot tub were great. A few of the close by beaches were awesome, Anini was the best for kids. We would definitely recommend staying here.
My husband and i brought our adult kids to Kauai with us. This property was perfect! Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, it was very clean and nicely decorated. We would for sure rent here again!

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with any essentials one might need during their stay including lots of beach gear. It is centrally located on the North shore by shops and restaurants. The only drawback was some of the noise from the pool. While there were quiet hours on the property that were generally observed by most guests there were some guests who allowed their children to play unattended at the pool frequently and they would be unnecessarily loud with screaming involved. I know it is a family friendly community so you have to expect some general noise but at times it was unpleasant to sit on the patio. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Kauai.
The condo was perfect for our family of six! The three bedrooms were perfect for us to spread out. The outdoor patio was huge and we were able to eat dinner outside every night. The view around the pool was perfect, although one night was a little loud with families using the pool. Perfect location in Princeville to get to anywhere in the north. House had everything that we needed! Was clean and welcoming! Would stay here again!
Super nice community. Location perfect for our needs. A/C was amazing! Hard to find property with both King size beds and A/C - this was a true gem! The beach toys also came in very handy. Highly recommend this place -would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying here for our 8 day stay in Kauai! It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed! The AC and washer/dryer made it even better when we’d come home from a long day of fun in the sun. The beach/snorkel gear in the garage made it even more convenient to go and have adventures! The location of the condo was perfect for all the exploring we wanted to do on the north shore and the managers were readily available with any questions I had prior to and during our stay. We also enjoyed using the pool and having meals on the spacious lanai. The only negative thing was one of the bedrooms stayed pretty warm regardless of the AC being on just because of the way the air vents were located in the unit, but several fans were provided to alleviate that and my sons said it ended up being ok. We would definitely stay here again, this place helped us have a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Kauai!
