5-bathroom vacation rental ideally situated in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai.
At the nearby Princeville Center, guests will find a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. A short drive also leads to additional dining, shopping, and art galleries in the quaint town of Hanalei, which also offers the option of a kayaking or stand-up paddling trip down the Hanalei River.
Leilani Villa features three separate private lanais, providing guests with beautiful garden views. The villa also includes an office with a desk, computer, and printer, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their stay. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also included for guests' convenience.
The villa features a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, as well as a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two twin-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
Guests will have access to resort amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. There's also a shared BBQ grill for guests to use. Please be advised that the pool is not heated.
Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay.
Note About Seasonal Gnats
We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours.
Ensure screens are securely in place.

Family enjoyed this updated and clean three bedroom condo. Great location near all of the north shore beaches. Enjoyed the community pool and gas grills too. Very quiet area. Perfect for relaxation and family time.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! This was the perfect place for our family of five! It was immaculately clean, the decor was lovely, and the beds and furnishings were comfortable. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants, stores, and gorgeous beaches close by. Great communication with the host and easy check in/check out. We hope to visit Kauai in the future and stay at this condo again! Highly recommend!

This condo was spacious. The amenities were lovely including pool, hot tub and gas grills. The AC was really nice after spending all day outside.
The garage contained tons of beach gear- chairs, snorkel masks, a boogie board, smash ball, cooler, beach towels.
The multiple lanais provided extra space as well.
Walkable to hideaways, Princeville town center, Wiley’s beach, One Hotel and much more.
Would definitely recommend.

Just as described. This location is perfect. The home is in beautiful condition. I’d stay here again. The only complaint…bring earplugs if the crowing of a rooster from 3am-8am bothers you. But honestly, they are all over the island so it would be hard to avoid this anywhere you stay. It only affected the master bedroom and didn’t disturb me…only my husband.
