Marriott Waiohai is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Guest understands that villa placement within the resort is at the sole discretion of the Marriott. While Concierge Realty will provide a confirmation specifically noting a certain view category as agreed upon in the contract, Marriott reserves the right to assign any villa of the same size anywhere within the resort as a result of mechanical failure, etc. Guest understands that the Marriott view designation does not imply or guarantee a specific vista, i.e.; guest will see the ocean, but instead only differentiates between locations within the resort.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative ...

The only thing that was disappointing is we were placed in the furthest corner unit from the pool and ocean with view of parking lot after choosing a more expensive per night listing thinking we would avoid that and be placed in a more desirable location and out look. A learning experience.

We enjoyed our stay but we were slightly disappointed when we arrived to find the “ocean view” we paid for included two full public parking lots with a sliver of ocean view. Not what we were expecting but a hospitable place and nice location w beach access.

We recently stayed there with my daughter and two grandsons (ages 4 and 6). The condo had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer.) The grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free water aerobics classes. Great restaurants are nearby. My expectations for a wonderful and satisfying vacation were met.

We loved everything about the property. The staff, the location, the size of the rooms, the amazing view and the quality of the beach that’s just right out the door to the room. Would highly recommend to a family or group that needs multiple bedrooms and a large living area. We would love to come back for another visit.
