Our home was lost in the Lahania firestorm, August 2023. It will be at least a year until we know what the future holds. Please check back in 2024 for any updates.

Partial Ocean view condominium/townhouse, ground floor with loft, tennis, three pools. 400 ft from the ocean. You will have swimming, snorkeling, and surfing with the Pacific Ocean right out front. Puamana is a tropical oasis where the sun always shines . You can enjoy the luxury of the Puamana Estate, and casual living at its best. Safe, secure, gated, tropical grounds with picturesque ocean frontage.

Puamana is a classic development built in the 60's: low rise, beautifully planned, and well-maintained. Lots of open space with former estate restored and still on the grounds as our clubhouse. Every sunset is sensational - the clubhouse lanai overlooking the ocean is where you will want to be each evening.

Our place is a home - not a condominium or hotel room. It is very comfortable with an island feel, allowing you to enjoy casual living at its best. You will feel taken care of, and will be enjoying life in the midst a tropical paradise.

Our townhouse has all the conveniences of home, and best of all, it is located in the islands. Nicely furnished with that casual, easy going island feel, lanai, semi-private garden/yard and barbecue, so you can literally 'live outside' as much as you choose. Parking is available, with one space close to our townhouse. Public transportation is available to other areas of the island, with schedule limitations.

Lahaina, the former whaling village, is now a seaport/harbor. Lahaina is a center for activities so it continues to be a major attraction to the fun loving masses. Water sports of every kind are available here, and the town is packed full of dining establishments, shopping galore, a movie house, etc. Lahaina also attracts artists and those interested in their work.

This is definitely a hot spot, and the town center is a quick bike ride away. If walking, its 1.1 miles to Lahaina Harbor, a 20 minute walk with no elevation.

Puamana, on the other hand, is quiet and away from the crowds. That means you get the best of both worlds. This is a highly desirable location on Maui, and Puamana is the place to stay. Puamana is an historic development; one of a kind!

Nice clean, well-equipped condo in a great relaxing community close to ocean, pools and Lahaina. Fantastic host.

We stayed here over Christmas break (2022). The property was exactly as advertised. We liked the spacious loft for our teenager and tween. They had a lot of space up there. The check in instructions were very easy to follow (even in the dark!). Our host was very good about getting back to when we had question and he made sure that we got in ok. The townhouse was well stocked. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and laundry detergent. We just had to buy our food. My kids enjoyed the boogie boards and my husband enjoyed the bike. The location was great, it was about a mile walk into town, which was definitely do-able. There is a great beach down the road on the way to town. The pools were nice and not crowded. The grounds of the community are beautiful. We would stay here again.

Puamana village is such a relaxed and beautiful place to hang out- whether watching whales in the morning or enjoying the sunset with snacks at the clubhouse overlooking the ocean - we had a wonderful time! You can go to a big fancy resort and get lost or you can come right here and feel at home!

My family had a great time at the cottage in December. The cottage was well equipped - especially in the kitchen. The Puamana community was well resourced as well. Kids loved playing in the ocean pool, which offered dramatic views of the ocean and sunset. Walkability to downtown wasn’t as good as the listing suggested. However, the proximity to the main road/highway made it very convenient to zip around in our car without wasting valuable time in traffic. The unit was mostly clean and well organized. Upon our arrival, the linens andh bedding in the master bedroom had a strong damp smell. The property owner was responsive and tried her best to resolve the issue - but ultimately remained unresolved during our stay. Knocking off one star for this issue.
