Maui Kaanapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect golden sand beach. This resort is arguably located on Maui's best stretch of beach! The normally tranquil ocean at this location creates conditions great for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and more! The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (paddle board, boogie board, snorkel rentals and more!), Castaways Cafe, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, on site laundry facilities and more. This resort connects to the Ka'anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka'anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes. From location to amenities, you'll be sure to have a memorable experience at this spectacular property.

Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day facility fee upon check in. There are amenities provided including parking for 1-vehicle (a second vehicle is additional $10 per night). Additional amenities include coffee in lobby daily from 6 am to 9 am, a pool, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesdays. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center.

Our stay was fantastic. The room was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Fresh beach towels from the main reception whenever you needed them for the pools or beach! Beach chairs and boogie boards were included.

MKV is a wonderful location right on the beach. From the apartment there are great views of the ocean and the property grounds. The unit itself was unfortunately a bit disappointing. This outdated condo definitely needs a total upgrade. When we arrived the unit was not as clean as expected. If you don’t look to close it is fine, otherwise you could find trash or old socks under furniture. There also were hairs everywhere, even in the fridge. Vacuum cleaner available but packed in parts. The fridge is very small. Dishwasher is leaking. Not enough dishes for four people (except you want to run the dishwasher twice a day). The „balcony“ is very small. Too narrow to sit outside. We would definitely consider to book again at Maui Kaanapali Villas, but next time a different unit.

I needed to adjust the dates of my stay and the host was able to accommodate which was great! As far as the room , it had almost everything that was needed for my daughter and her family. If you have little ones, plan on bringing your own items (pack n’ play, sand toys, etc.) since those are not available at this rental. Otherwise, an overall great stay! Can’t beat the location with the best beach and a fabulous ocean view!

Perfect location, grounds were impeccable. Having a kitchen. in the room was the perfect addition. The free trolley to whalers village, outlets , etc. was extremely convenient.The only thing that would have been nice is if there was a small sundry store. Would definitely stay there again
