Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day facility fee upon check in. MKV is a wonderful location right on the beach. From the apartment there are great views of the ocean and the property grounds. The unit itself was unfortunately a bit disappointing. This outdated condo definitely needs a total upgrade. When we arrived the unit was not as clean as expected. If you don’t look to close it is fine, otherwise you could find trash or old socks under furniture. There also were hairs everywhere, even in the fridge. Vacuum cleaner available but packed in parts. The fridge is very small. Dishwasher is leaking. Not enough dishes for four people (except you want to run the dishwasher twice a day). The „balcony“ is very small. Too narrow to sit outside. We would definitely consider to book again at Maui Kaanapali Villas, but next time a different unit.

I needed to adjust the dates of my stay and the host was able to accommodate which was great! As far as the room , it had almost everything that was needed for my daughter and her family. If you have little ones, plan on bringing your own items (pack n’ play, sand toys, etc.) since those are not available at this rental. Otherwise, an overall great stay! Can’t beat the location with the best beach and a fabulous ocean view!
