A few blocks you will find Kapiolani Park, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head and golfing.
There is a convenience store and laundromat in the building.
Parking is available on the first floor of the building for $25.00 daily or parking meters a block away.
Public Transportation is an easy access from the building. You can take the bus to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Pearl Harbor, Hanauma Bay or anywhere around the island....

I was unable to stay, and was left hanging less than 24 hours before my expected arrival to stay for 2 days. Fortunately VRBO does refund short notice cancellations by the host. And fortunately, I was able to find other accommodations quickly without VRBO thank you very much.

Easy to rent. But contact with owner was poor. Only two towels , there were pots pans etc but only a microwave and small fridge.

Easy checking and good accommodations and easy access as ro the b we axh and rhe best poke bear by a r Maguro the spot. Be as ides as one plumbing issues that I hear happen a couple times of month we ith the water pressure as s the minimal uncommonicated parking usaue I surely will always stay here ****

Can’t fault the location of this property, it is close to the beach, public transport, shops and restaurants. The property itself was clean and adequate however the bed had a sink hole in it that wasn’t great and the very light curtains made sleeping difficult. If you stay here, there is a bucket under the Aircon that you have to empty regularly and when it is running the Aircon is quite noisey. Having said that, the price is fantastic and it is so close to everything and it made our holiday very affordable. Anyone looking for a budget friendly place to stay, I would recommend this accomodation. We had a brilliant holiday and found it really easy to get around with public transport at the door.

WHILE THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT THE PROPERY WASNT, AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS ABSOLUTETLY DEAFENING , YOU COULDNT HAVE IT ON AT NIGHT WHEN YOU NEEDED IT AS THEN YOU COULNT SLEEP BECAUSE IT WAS SO NOISY, PLUS IT WAS LEAKING WATER OUT FROM IT THAT MADE PATIO REALLY SLIPPERY. THE BED WAS TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE , MUST HAVE BEEN THE CHEAPEST MATTRESS EVER , NEED A MATTRESS TOPPER OR SOMETHING, THE FRIDGE WAS CONSTANTLY FREEZING UP OUR MILK ETC, THE TOILET KEEPT TRICKLING WATER LIKE THE CISTERNN WAS CONSTANTLY FILLING UP . SO YOU HAD TO CLOSE DOOR TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE MANAGER HAD TOTALLY FORGOT TO TELL THE CLEANER WE WERE STAYING THERE FOR 22 NIGHTS AND PROVIDED US WITH NO EXTRA BEDDING AND ONLY 2 TOWELS, I ASKED THE MANAGER CLAUDIA TO MEET US AT THE STUDIO TO POINT OUT ALL THE PROBLEMS BUT IT FELL ON DEAF EARS SHE JUST WASNT INTERESTED , SHE TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET BACK TO MY MESSAGES, ALL SHE SAID WHEN SHE GOT BACK TO ME IT WAS NOT A HOTEL! I ASKED HER FOR A PARTIAL REFUND SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED, OH YES ALSO WHEN WE GOT THERE , THERE WAS ONLY ONE DRINKING CUP/MUG IN THE CUPBOARD BETWEEN US! AND THE CRAZY THING ALSO IN THE CUPBOARD WERE A LOAD OF POTS AND PANS FOR USE IN A OVEN AND ON A HOB, WHY WERE THEY THERE WHEN THERE IS NO OVEN IN APARTMENT!!?? YOU CERTAINLY CANT PUT THEM IN A MICROWAVE! WE DID MEET THE THE CLEANER CYNTHIA WHO WAS VERY HELPIFUL AND NICE ITS A SHAME THE MANAGER CLAUDIA DIDNT HAVE THE SAME ATTITUTE. ALL THE FAULTS THAT I MENTIONED SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOTRED OUT BEFORE WE GOT THERE ESPECIALLY WHEN WE WERE STAYING 22 NIGHTS. IN THE END WE COULDNT STAND IT ANYMORE , AND FOR THE LAST WEEK OF OUR HOLIDAY WE LEFT AND REBOOKED IN ANOTHER HOTEL, A COST WE CERTAINLY DIDNT NEED , WE HAD COME ALL THE WAY FROM THE UK , AND THIS LEFT A SOUR TASTE AND RUINED OUR HOLIDAY, THANKS CLAUDIA, YOUR MANGEMENT SKILLS ARE NILIF YOU WERE ON ALAN SUGARS APPRENTICE YOU CERTAINLY WOULD BE FIRED, I COULNT IMAGINE WHAT GORDON RAMSEY WOULD SAY IF HE SAW IT, WELL I KNOW WHAT HE WOULD SAY AND THE LANGUAGE WOULDNT BE PLEASANT!! AVOID THIS STUDIO AT ALL COSTs

Excellent, overwall. Its not the marriott or moana surfrider, but what do yu expect. Best deal in waikiki, neat and reasonable clean. Compfy bed, enought room to stay a week, close enough to food and ABC stores! Lol beach is awesome and less than 2 blocks, closer to one. The park, the zoo and the beach w food and people watching galore! Best deal in town, comphy and useable! Aloha

The location, price and check in process was great! Perfect for two people to sleep and live comfortably while visiting the beautiful island! With a little maintenance and upgrading of the bath tub and bathroom it would be a 5/5 star review for me!

This is a great place to stay if its just 2 people! Literally only like 2 minutes away from the beach and the main tourist places we didn’t have to get that much ubers because how close everything is. And when we did get an uber it was always under 10$ because it was close to other places. We did use parking because we needed to go to the other shores for stuff, and only 20$ a day it wasn’t a bad experience. THANK YOU! Definitely worth It!
