Located in Wailea Ekolu Village, Unit #803 offers you a meticulously maintained one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with all the comforts of home in a lush tropical setting.
Our ground-floor unit provides easy access from your car, and you’ll appreciate not having to lug your baggage or groceries up a flight of stairs. Newly furnished and completely remodeled, the condo features tile floors, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, walk-in showers, two Samsung Smart TVs 65" and 50", Remote-Controlled Ceiling & Lanai Fans, A/C in the living area and master bedroom, and High-Speed Internet connectivity.
The living/dining area features two ceiling fans and air conditioning. An entire wall of sliding glass doors opens out to the large, covered Lanai that has two remote fans, and offers a sprawling view that includes the colorful Ekolu gardens, the Pacific Ocean, the Island of Lanai, and the West Maui Mountains. You can relax in one of the two reclining chairs and watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch Smart TV or sit at the desk and use the high-speed connectivity to surf the Internet on your laptop. Enjoy indoor dining at the table that comfortably seats four, or dine outdoors on the fan-cooled lanai.
If you opt to make a simple toast and jam breakfast, delicious pupus, or an elaborate, gourmet meal, you will find the fully-stocked kitchen up to any culinary task. Up-to-date cooking equipment and stain-less steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, stove, and refrigerator with ice-maker make cooking and clean up simple and efficient. Silverware, dishes, glasses, serving pieces and table covers complete your dining experience.
The bedroom, with its Hawaiian decor, is the essence of Maui! It includes a bamboo queen-size canopy bed, a 50" TV for your late-night viewing pleasure, plenty of drawer space in the island-inspired chests and bed stands, and a huge mirrored closet stocked with lots of hangers. A remote-controlled ceiling fan gently cools you while you sleep, or you can choose to turn on the air conditioner.
The master and guest bathrooms offer walk-in showers, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. Each bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels, and the master bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The title just about sums it up! Picture perfect view of sunsets! Great location! Within walking distance of MonkeyPod kitchen. The Wailea Shops are within a couple minutes drive and so is Wailea beach park. This is our favorite beach with plenty of parking (better to go earlier in morning) and Aqualani stall where you can rent most water activities equipment such as kayaks, SUPs, etc... The unit was stocked with some essentials for the beach such as beach umbrella, 2+ folding chairs, 2 body boards, cooler, snorkeling gears, etc... The kitchen was stocked with a multitude of spices and condiments. Both AC units worked very well and kept us comfortable at night! All in all a very pleasant stay!

We loved our stay at Bill’s condo. It is located just a short 10 min walk to the shops at Wailea. We attended a wedding at the Four Seasons which was just a 3 min drive down the road. There was easy access to nearby beaches and it was amazing to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use in the condo. Would definitely stay in Bill’s condo again!

We are annual visitors to Maui and have stayed at various properties in Wailea. What stands out about this unit is the spaciousness of the property and the peaceful environment. The pool was never crowded, there was never a feeling that you were in a crowded busy complex, there wasn't even a need for assigned parking; we always had plenty of available spaces to park; not always the case at some of the more dense properties you'll find in Wailea. We even got to know the team caring for the grounds. Our property owner was a pleasure to work with too and we hope that we have an opportunity to visit this property again in the near future. We thoroughly enjoyed our March 2023 stay at this property. Great location, well equipped, great communication with owner, and very reasonably priced for value and Maui. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a very nice section of Maui.

The pictures on the website of the view really do not give it justice. It is a great view and I wish I had brought binoculars to watch the whales. The sunsets were amazing and the entire scene was idyllic. We liked the fact that it had two full bathrooms and a very comfortable sitting area both inside and outside. The unit faces northwest which is good because you do not look directly into the sun in the afternoon (at least not during the time of year when we were here). Overall, a great place to stay.
