This apartment/location was amazing! Love the patio view, quest neighborhood. Walkable to 2 amazing beaches. Gorgeous views and plants all around. Daniel was very responsive, was able to let us have an early check in and the house keeper checked in with us as well. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!
Great location! Nice, quiet place with a beautiful view from the lanai. Loved sitting out there listening to the birds. Place was clean and had everything I needed. Owners were very responsive to my inquiry about the missing parking pass. I loved being so close to the lookout and Tunnels Beach. I enjoyed my stay very much!

This is a really great location! First, we really appreciated the attention to detail and contemporary upgrades (charging stations at both sides of the bed, quality sustainable toiletries) that are often lacking in rentals. It was not hodgepodge but thoughtfully furnished and stocked. Second, we loved the location and Mountain View’s. Walking to 1Hotel’s Terrace for an early morning latte was special! This was a great value that stands above the crowd.
This condo has everything you need for a short stay in the area. We were very comfortable and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Make sure you like a soft bed!
Excellent location to all things north on Kauai — met all expectations and wonderful owner — very short walk to awesome sunsets — clean and perfect for a couple — well equipped and view of moutains

Loved our stay everything was perfect the place was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Only issue….parking was atrocious!!! Multiple nights we didn’t have a parking spot.

Fantastic location! Close to many beaches and other amenities. The view is amazing from the lanai. Our host Daniel was great! Very responsive, was able to provide an early check in which was very appreciated! Kitchenette has what you need if you want to do light meals or grill. Would definitely stay here again.
Husband and I enjoyed our stay in Princeville. Super easy to find and a great location. Walked to see the sunset at a great lookout. Close enough to get into Hanalei for food/shopping within 10m. Nourish is super close by and had yummy açaí bowls. It was quiet at night and amazing to wake up and enjoy breakfast on the lanai with all the birds. Loved our stay and would stay again!
Accurate description, great communication with owner, nice location for two people. AC and ceiling fans were nice to have on the beautiful days but AC was used only a short time to cut the heat after a day of outdoor activities. Lanai door and windows provided cool breezes. Supplies included lovely hair/body soaps and paper products. Plenty of lighting for space.
We loved staying here! The neighborhood is safe, clean, walkable, and the sunsets are beautiful. Short drives to places on the north shore. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the snorkel gear and beach chairs. I reached out to the host with a question and he was extremely friendly and answered quickly. We would stay here agin!
Wonderful to wake up to birds and trees and mountains! Convenient location for our time in the area, very easy check in/out. Would recommend to a friend for sure
Wonderful property, amazing location, everything was smooth and made for an amazing trip to Kauai.
Our stay started with no visibility, no parking and we couldn't get ahold of the owner. I think the posting calls it "apocalyptic" level parking when there isn't any. The problem is that more than half the nights we were there, parking was a problem. Lighting outside the unit is poor, and the neighboring unit never shut the exterior door, which blocked the unit number from being seen from the road.Impressions of the unit were that it was small, as described, and pretty nice for an active couple. Although no full kitchen, it had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast each morning. The bathroom has a great size counter for all your stuff and the shower was powerful and hot. The closet inside the bathroom was spacious, with a lot of room to hang things up to dry. The bed was super comfortable and the mini-split kept us nice and cool at night. The dresser is functional. The lanai was perfect for watching the sunset, listening to the wildlife, and enjoying the mountains. The chairs and table could use some updating, but it was nice. The owners included some beach things in the unit - chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear. There were not any masks that functioned when we got there and the next day the owner dropped some new ones off for us. That was very nice! The chairs had backpack straps, which is great for going to Hideaway Beach (best spot)!Overall, the unit was comfortable and functional, but we wouldn't stay again due to parking issues.
This studio was the perfect spot for our short stay in Princeville. It was comfortable and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We especially loved the beautiful view from the balcony!
Great location for exploring the north shore. Walk to queens bath, hideaway beach, and other princeville spots that people struggle to find parking for. Short drive to Hanalei Bay and other north shore gems. The apartment has everything you need to cook, beach gear, and a comfortable bed. What else could you need?
Lovely studio with deck that features your own seemingly private jungle - no need to close the drapes! Super private with full on jungle /bird / mountain vistas for days and the sunrises EPIC. Comfy bed and slept like a rock. AC helped so much with being able to feel comfortable inside if needed- though most of the time just having screen door open was perfect!
The studio was a cute, well stocked apartment. Perfect for 2 people. We slept with the lanai door open to hear the birds in the morning. A very quick walk to one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll see, anywhere. Perfect for a couple nights.
Lovely studio unit at wonderful Hale Moi. Everything I needed for my stay here. I especially loved hearing the sounds of the songirds (and roosters) at dawn and dusk, and walking across the street to watch the sunsets.
This studio was perfect for our stay in Kauai. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and there was a beautiful overlook a short walk away. We definitely would stay here again.
I have enjoyed my stay at this studio. I’ve stayed here before and I’ve always been very pleased with the unit. It’s a great location, waking up to that view every morning was a slice of heaven. To hear the birds singing, the roosters crowing, the bullfrogs, best sounds on earth. The studio was enough space for a single person & had everything I needed & more. Check in and check out process was very easy. I will definitely return in the future.
We had a wonderful stay. Clean, well-stocked and excellent location. This place had everything we wantes, and we would definitely stay here again.
Location, location, location. Couldn't ask for a better spot. From the view of the mountains from the lanai to viewpoints, beaches and walks/hikes within walking distance or a short drive, the studio was right where we needed to be. The host's "guidebook" in the studio was quite helpful. Parking was a bit difficult on our first day due to service trucks taking up spots, but then it wasn't a problem the rest of the stay. Host was responsive.
The area was very nice. We had a lovely stay in the condo. The bed was cozy and the room was clean.
The only downsides were one of the snorkle was broken, and I couldnt use it with my daughter. The other was there were movies but the dvd was broken. Small area to cook, but worked great for the 2 of us. The view is spectacular! We lived waking up to the various birds and residential rooster. Fantastic location. We would stay here again.
The area the condo was located in was beautiful. The condo itself had a weird smell, the carpets and tile were very worn and old, the air condition did not work the screen door was rip and I saw a roach in the bathroom. Nice development, the condo needs updating for sure.
We loved the studio, it is very accurately described online. The views from the balcony are awesome, I couldn’t wait to look each morning to see what the mountains looked like. Also a very short walk to amazing lookout over the ocean and Hanalei bay. Very close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope to return, probably the best deal on the north side!! Thanks again.
