A very private entry off South Kihei Rd. gives this unit unique seclusion and the ideal 2 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach. As a ground floor unit the lanai fronts on a perfectly manicured green belt, and looks out on the ocean to Molikini Crater and magnificent tropical sunsets. Enjoy the lanai's gas barbecue for private dinners with a sunset view, or take the short stroll to the large pool and pavilion to enjoy a social hour with friends or that evening walk on the beach.
23C is remodeled with Cherry cabinetry from DeWils, Corian countertops and sink, new tile floors, and appliances, updated Hawaii style furnishings, king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full baths. Plantation louvered shutters and cieling fans regulate airflow naturally and the ground floor location insulates the interior from tropical sun. This unit does not have A/C.
Our location makes access to that morning swim in the ocean or walk on the beach an absolute pleasure. Visit snorkel sites to the south, peruse the hotel scene via the scenic coastal walk, shop at local area boutiques, enjoy upscale restaurants, play golf, tennis, or sunbathe on the beach. Everything is within easy reach at Wailea. Here is where one can come and truly relax in paradise. Please note there is a pool pavilion remodel project going on from April through October of 2019. The pool is scheduled to be open, but the pavilion will be closed. Access to the beach will still be available though could be re-routed. The remaining pools on the property will be open as usual.

We had a great stay in 23C! It was a clean, well-stocked condo with great views and amenities. We spent most of our days in the pool or at the beach. Not having AC was not a problem for us, especially with the afternoon breeze. The owner was great at ensuring we had all the information we needed and the process was all very smooth. We can’t wait to come back soon!

This was a first for me to use VRBO and a first for staying in this area. Absolutely great location. The condo was well equipped and has a good ocean view from the lanai. Not a private condo so if your looking for privacy this isn’t that. Would have loved a Bluetooth speaker and could have been cleaner. But overall we loved our stay and would return to Ekahi Village. Great pools and great beach!

Location and accessibility to the beach doesn’t get better! We loved our time at this condo and hope to return. Steve was great to coordinate with for seamless check in/out.

We just spent a relaxing two weeks in 23c and without a doubt this condo has one of the best locations in Ekahi Village. The huge lanai is where we spent a large part of our days and the views are spectacular. The condo has everything you need and a big thanks to Steve for sharing his great condo with us. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful and very convenient location. This is the best equipped condo I have ever rented in 20 yrs of traveling. Owner very accommodating. I felt very much “ at home” during my stay here which is what I strive for when traveling.
