Spacious 2-story interior end-unit townhouse in best location within Princeville at Hanalei Resort. Nicest pool, open feel, mountain-waterfall views, and sparkling clean. Home is private and quiet with only one adjoining wall, nestled in tropical foliage and mature trees, across 25yd pool, cabana and grill. Sunny unit captures the light and naturally occurring breezy trade winds generally cool home year round. Near ocean, mountains and golf course, trails to local beaches, minutes to Hanalei.
Light & Airy great room living, dining and outdoor lanai, floor to ceiling windows, open beam ceilings, overhead fans. The second story opens to two full and private bedrooms with ceiling fans, large windows and open beam ceilings and the full bath with tub/shower. The large loft area also has two twin beds. Home captures the bright Hawaiian sun and caressing trade wind breezes, being positioned for excellent airflow throughout. The home is very nicely appointed for a comfortable stay including fresh bath and beach towels, umbrellas, pool floats, pool dishes, coolers, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances.
Townhouse apartment is accessed by private sliding glass door off shared front entrance lanai. Adjacent separate studio unit may be occupied and utilizes front stairs to lanai. Amenities include a large pool and cabana with grill, onsite parking and miles of walking/jogging trails. Guests can conveniently walk to nearby Princeville Center, Westin resort, Prince Albert park with a playground, 2 miles to Hanalei Bay Resort, several small beaches down hiking trails, Queen's Bath, all by the new Princeville Path. Use of full size stacked washer dryer laundry room (shared) and soap is provided for you.
Princeville at Hanalei is the most beautiful base to explore Kauai's majestic north shore and all the island.

The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach or local shopping village. Space was as advertised. The pool was fun with ping pong and corn hole in a covered area which we took advantage of when it was raining. There were a few cleaning issues that I brought to the attention of the owner and she was very prompt getting back to me.

Our family had a great time staying in this unit. Our kids loved how close it was to the pool, and we appreciated the beach chairs. The washer and dryer are great, very helpful when you stay for 7+ days. We loved it and will be back. Mahalo!

We enjoyed having a home away from home. So nice to have sufficient beds, a lovely kitchen, and the use of the 5 beach chairs and the boogie board!

Wonderful place for families! Plenty of room, very clean AND a fantastic swimming pool. I needed a fairly last-minute place to stay and I appreciated walking to the Princeville Center rather than driving. The only downside was how close the units are to one another. I could hear conversations from neighbors. Other than that, a fantastic place in every way.
