William was an absolute perfect host. He greeted us on our earlier arrival and took us to the supermarket given our 2 week stay when we arrived, and offered us advice where to visit and the best time. The apartment was super clean and location the best in a secured gated quiet community. We would definitely stay at this place again, and it made our holiday the best. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting as it is central to most of the tourist sites if you don’t want to be caught in the traffic in Honolulu and Waikiki.

William was very helpful with the house, giving directions, finding places to eat, letting us know how far it was to where we wanted to go, etc. House was modern, clean and well located for our various activities. We would highly recommend.
William was a wonderful host, from our arrival to our departure. We arrived late in the evening. Our flight was over an hour late and William was so gracious, assuring us that it was no problem at all for him to meet us immediately upon our arrival. He was also flexible about our check-out time. We had a late flight and as he did not have a guest checking in that day, he said that we should stay as long as we needed.
He spent some time thoroughly showing us around and explaining how everything worked. He lives only a few minutes away and assured us that we should call him at any time if we needed something. He noticed there was no pen by the telephone and left the one that he had with him. One night he told us he would bring an umbrella by the next morning since rain was predicted. True to his word, the next morning he came by with an umbrella for us. I enjoyed learning about his garden on a couple of mornings and made some tea that he suggested using fresh ingredients he cut for me from the garden.
The place is immaculate, nicely furnished with upscale appliances and very fairly priced. The landscaping outside is lovely and well maintained. There are some steps going down to the unit but a year after a knee replacement I did not have any difficulty with them. The neighborhood is quiet and seems quite safe. We did not have much time to explore as we were away most of each day. It was a great place to come "home" to each evening.
Having been to Honolulu several times now to visit family, the location was just what I was looking for. Away from the busyness of Waikiki, yet still convenient to all that I wanted to do.
I would definitely chose to stay here on my next visit.
Property is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Place was neat, clean, and comfortable. William greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. He notified us that he lived close by and to call him anytime we had any questions or concerns. Place is a “jewel” and would definitely stay there again.

The location, the space and all the amenities fit exactly into what we were looking for, William made sure to walk us through when we arrived and showed us how everything worked and assured us if we had any issues he was right there for us. The host was very welcoming and accommodating and the unit was very clean. Unfortunately we only used the unit at night so didn’t get to take advantage of the wonderful kitchen. Located in a very nice neighborhood
The property was clean, nicely finished and furnished and beautifully maintained. William greeted us upon arrival and made sure we settled in and were comfortable. He was an excellent host, we couldn't have asked for anyone more friendly and attentive. On a couple occasions he brought us fresh fruit and made sure our stay was great from start to finish. The home is clean, safe and in a beautiful location! William was very kind, gracious and immediately dealt with a simple ceiling fan issue for us. I would highly recommend this location for a more peaceful and relaxing vacation rather than having to fight the constant traffic, etc. in Honolulu or Waikiki. We will definitely recommend this home to friends and family! Thank you, William, for our great horticulture chats, too!
William greeted us on arrival and took us throughout the house and explained everything. He is a great host and had so much information that he gave us about places to go and to see. You will not regret staying at this place. It is close to everything but being in a gated community that is very quiet, private and very safe.
