This villa accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed, and the living room offers a queen-size inflatable mattress for extra sleeping space. Each room is tastefully furnished, ensuring a comfortable and elegant stay. The rear lanai provides panoramic views of the Ko Olina Golf Course, home to the annual LPGA Lotte tournament every April.

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless the rental time is successfully rebooked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions, not from Island Living Homes.
