We had a wonderful holiday vacation at this home. The rental is spacious and has two nice lanais overlooking the golf course and pond. You can walk to three hotels including Disney Aulani and a shopping center with an ABC store and several restaurants and shops. Another plus is the walking distance to four quiet lagoons with shady areas where you can snorkel. The only issue we had was access to the gym. The property manager Tena was very responsive about this issue but, Unfortunately, it seems like rental guests no longer have access to the gym and tennis facilities. Overall we had a great time and recommend this property.
Generally, I do not write reviews. However, I feel compelled to write one about this beautiful property. I cannot say enough positive things in regards to it. I am particular about where I stay. It was extremely clean, and it had all of the comforts of home. It is in an amazing community that is walking distance to the beautiful ocean. The property manager maintained communication, and she was extremely hospitable. She even reached out to check on us since we travelled on the day of the "Microsoft computer glitch". I look forward to staying at this property the next time that I visit the area, and I highly recommend it!!
Just perfect. Tena the host was fabulous, and friendly. Met us at the gate to Coconut Plantation and took us to the house with a tour. Quick to respond to our questions. Place was immaculate. Enough room and bathrooms for everyone. Beds were all super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Short walk to the beach, amenities provided (beach towel, chairs, and wagon). The outdoor shower was fantastic to use after the beach to keep the sand from coming in. It was super having a secure garage for our Jeep that we rented. The view on the upstairs Lanai was beautiful and serene. Watching the black swans in the morning was a great treat. The fitness gym has everything, including Tennis courts, pickle ball, bathroom free weights, treadmill, elliptical.(short 3 min walk from the house by the golf clubhouse). 5 min walk to the Island grocery store, Eggs and Things and clothes shops. Perfect location for all needs (including gelato)

We booked our family trip to Ko Olina and stayed at this gem of a place. The property manager Tena made contact with us prior to our trip and was very informative and personable. When we arrived at the airport, we contacted her and arranged to meet her at the property. Once there she gave us a gate FOB then took us to the property and walked us through the lovely comfortable, two-story town home.
The place has all that you need, kitchen is complete with pot/pans and utensils, all the beach gear you would need for a day at the lagoons and a wagon to bring it there, even two bicycles just in case. It was nicely furnished and had a lanai downstairs as well as off the upstairs master bedroom. Both had a view of the Ko Olina Golf Clubs 10th hole and the Aulani Resort. There are no neighbors behind you.
The neighborhood and place are beautifully landscaped and very quiet. It’s perfect when coming home from a long day of sightseeing and going to the beaches. It also had a separate garage with enough space for 1 car which is great for keeping the car seats cool on those hot sunny days.
The location was awesome! It's a short walk to the ABC store, restaurants, and shops. The best thing about it are the hotels and lagoons are well within walking distance. All in all, this home really added to the comfort of our trip. Mahalo nui loa and Aloha for a wonderful stay!
This lovely & peaceful Coconut Villa property was perfect for our family of five. The home, along with the amenities exceeded our expectations. The beautiful Ko 'Olina beaches were just a short walk. This was a major plus; as beach parking is extremely limited. Our granddaughter also loved going to the pool. Tena, the property manager, was easy to reach, extremely accommodating and friendly. We cooked a lot during our nearly 3-week stay; the kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed many meals on the lanai overlooking the 10th fairway and the graceful black swans! Mahalo
