Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and ...

Location of this accommodation was excellent. The unit had ample room and a great view. It was clean, but it is very much in need of updates. Bathroom corners were caked with dust as well as the sliding shower door. Shower head was old and encrusted with stains. The small balcony was sturdy but tile is chipped and broken. We were out and about most of the day so the unit served our needs.

Location, Location , Location. Beautiful view of the marina. Steps to the beach. Pick ups for tours in front of the hotel. Bus is easy to get to. You are close to shops and mall . Kitchen makes it so convenient to make meals if you prefer to eat in. Loved staying here . Would definitely stay again!

This was in a perfect location! It’s close to lots of shopping and restaurants and it has a wonderful little restaurant in the lobby. Some of the furnishings and condo could stand to be updated but for the money it’s a great value. Check in was very easy and communication with management was very prompt.

Easy access location but in desperate need of an update, facelift and deep clean. It was also missing many common kitchen items typically found in vacation rentals which means we ate out a lot more than had planned. The walls/windows allowed A LOT of noise to come in all night from the bar below preventing even one night of good sleep. It was quite an underwhelming place to stay, but luckily minimal time was spent there except to (try to) sleep.
