The information we were given from our host about Maui was so helpful. The condo was beautiful and easy to check into. The staff at the condo establishment were very kind.
We loved our stay here, enjoying coffee’s on the lanai, easy access to the beach!
Todd was great to share tips and made sure our check-in process was seemless. No surprises on our end. Relatively quiet building. All the furniture is quite comfortable, and enjoyed the view each morning and evening on the lanai.
Facility was clean and well kept. Just as described.
We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the deck looking out over the ocean. We saw whales as well. The sunset was also perfect from the deck. We had a beautiful breeze that would flow through our place.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and wanted for the perfect vacation. Communication with the host couldn't have been any better. If I reached out to him, he responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location.

Let me start by saying I did get a good amount refunded by the owner of the condo. So that was helpful. Howeve, upon arrival I noticed mold in the shower at first (we arrived later in the day and were tired from travel) so we firstly go washed up and took a shower after a late dinner. The mold in the shower on the ceiling and upper walls was black mold. So that sparked my inspection of the rest of the space. The walls not only in the main bathroom had mold, the light fixture and the laundry room that was also attached had mold spores on the ceiling as well. I suppose bad ventilation. But, I messaged the owner and he acted as though this was the first he's heard. However, it was apparent that there was new paint that was painted over corners of the ceilings and upper walls as if this has been an issue and was being covered up. It's obvious, the older walls were a dingy white and the new paint painted over certain areas was a true new white. Outside the laundry room in the hallway there was a HUGE stain probably about 3 feet by 3 feet of black mold on the ceiling hallway. There was also roaches periodically around the condo. The furniture had dust CAKED on them and was apparently not clean. The floors were dirty, with dirt and tons of left over sand. The washer smelled terribly, so we avoided using it unless towels needed to be cleaned. Mid stay there was a pest control person who showed up unannounced and sprayed WHILE we were in the space getting ready. So awkward.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was as promised and there were even a few extra perks, binoculars to watch whales, a blender for drinks, even a tool to core a pineapple! Parking was always available and the view from the deck is spectacular. Loved it!
Pretty nice studio condo - comfortable king bed. Oceanview from balcony. Kitchen is okay - would be better if it had a dishwasher. The TV in the unit is too small, maybe 36 inch. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Ample parking but the daily 18 charge is too much for what's provided - garage not usable presently.Shower in the bathroom is great. Owner should provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and dish detergent.
My partner and I were travelling to Maui fir a 6 day vacation. Simple condo by oceanfront that has all your essentials: king size bed with a comfortable mattress, fully stocked kitchen, cute balcony, and extras like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers for your daytrips/beach days.FYI, parking is $18 extra per day, and we saw at least one car have a with a wheel clamp, so pay your parking. Host was communicative, and quickly responded to our concerns. Overall, would recommend for a simple and practical trip to Maui.

Todd could not have been better to work with. The property was peaceful... about an hour drive to our activities but worth it to stay here. Saw 2 monk seals from our room not to mention the turtles. We missed whale season but we're told you can't help but see them when they are here.
We came to the island to attend a wedding. The place was lovely and just right for my husband and I. The host was responsive and the view from the pool side was amazing.
Couldn’t be happier with my first experience in Maui. My friends and I had an amazing time and this room was a great choice for us.
Everything about this place made me feel like home!!! It was also very convenient to everything. The sunsets on the balcony were so beautiful. The studio was equipped with every single little thing you may need. The owner was so nice and very quick to respond to anything I asked. The complex workers were so sweet and polite. The pool was warm and relaxing. We went to Napili beach, it was a 6 minute drive. There was a little beach access in the complex too but we didn’t go in that one. I left some playing cards and Crayons, so that the next guests can create some memories, playing card games and also draw something cool about their experience. I wrote about my family’s adventure in their guest book, incase you need some pointers on your trip. I already miss being there, Hawaii was an experience I won’t ever forget! We Loved this area and studio! The washer and dryer in unit was a plus. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!! Till I see you again Hawaii!
The beach view, beach access and pool access were wonderful! There were numerous restaurants within walking distance including super great sushi and Maui brewing company. Location is ideal
This unit was exactly what we needed for our stay. Its was awesome. We have stayed at this location before and this unit was exactly as listed. The owner Todd is incredible with communication. It comes with everything you need for beach days, Coolers, Umbrellas, Awesome chairs. We stayed just over 3 weeks. We love Maui and Kahana / Napili Area. We will be back. Thanks Todd for everything. We spent 9 days here and it was great! The studio condo has everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and remodeled. The King bed was so comfortable! We loved watching the whales from the Lanai. It’s great because it’s always shaded.
Todd the owner gave us incredible information on exploring Maui. Brand new beach chairs were awesome for waking up early and heading to Slaughterhouse beach with coffee.
We would definitely stay here again!
Location is great! Owner should invest a little more money for a new coffee machine and ceiling fan. Also we loved the shower!
Loved the location of this condo. The lanai was super comfortable and we had beautiful sunset views. Loved the shower and the laundry machines were awesome. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was nice to have as well. WIFI didn't work for us and the TV was a bit tricky to use, but other than that we had an amazing time. FYI: the condo is the furthest one from the elevator on this floor, which is ok unless you are carrying a bunch of stuff!
Very nice, renovated condo with good view of the water. Had everything needed for the kitchen and the beach. Owners clearly take pride in this property and try to make your stay there as pleasant as possible. The beach is eroded, but still usable. People swim and take walks. Great sunsets. We used Napili Beach instead, which is about 8 min away. The parking is paid and filled up fast. The dining options within walking distance are somewhat limited, nothing high end, but enough to get by. However, Miso Phat is great dive place for sushi. There is also convenience store and bar nearby. Very much enjoyed our stay.
The place was sooooooo beautiful and wish we could have got this before the other one we just got out of!! Thanks Todd it was absolutely amazing!
