We have stayed at the property multiple times so knew what to expect. However it was our first time using this property manager. It was a fantastic experience. Great communication. Prompt.

The unit was perfect- clean, ocean view, comfortable beds and well-stocked. The property was amazing although noticeably understaffed at the 2 open restaurants/bars. The general store in the south building was under renovation but there was a general store in the north tower. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

This place is great for families. Wonderful beach, pools, and location. Unfortunately as with everywhere it was way understaffed and check-in and out is always a nightmare here. So be prepared to stand in line and wait. They are not accommodating at all. But we have been coming here for years and will continue to do so because we love it.

Poor electrical design in bathroom. Everything in bathroom, including toilet fan and shower light turns on/off with the same switch. All or none. Also the outside deck is too small for a table. Only big enough for two small plastic chairs.

We had a terrific time at the Westin resort. Well maintained property, great choice of multiple restaurants, beach walk, great swimming pools, super comfy rooms and beds.
