This unit was better than I even expected, and all the photos and prior research I did looked great.
The place was very nice. However, we had a problem with the sliding door. I reported it to the management company and they said they couldn't have maintenance come out on the weekend. I was told that they could send someone out with some oil. That person never showed up and we went for a walk on the beach. long story shorter, when I spoke with epic again I was told someone had come out, but we were not there (no one called us or set up a time). Finally, I was told that someone would come out on Monday and that they had never had a complaint. We felt unsafe without a safe exit in case of fire and so we checked out and got another place. The last communication I received was "no one else complained, have a great day". I think Epic could have handled the situation better. I did request to speak with Epic's owner but my email was apparently ignored.

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location of the condo is in the corner of the complex which made it nice and quiet

Watch whales from your bed. Quiet end unit. Easy access to all of resorts amenities. Choose from two pools or the beach actress is just steps away. Best breakfast and even a tiki bar with Hawaiian dishes.
Everything was good until some work started in with a backhoe just off the patio. Epic refunded two nights of our stay so that was good but we had to move and it would have been better to know in advance.

The condo was amazing. Gorgeous views, the grounds are great. Gazebo restaurant is the best. The property manager was so quick to help when I lost our door code, she made sure we had everything we needed. This was a great vacation. I cannot recommend coming here enough.
This condo has been beautifully renovated, the whole place is top notch. The view is spectacular, the location on Napili Bay is unmatched. I definitely will go back! I highly recommend this condo.

The new finishes are beautiful and the extra large shower is nice. There is a very pretty view of Napili Bay, and from the lanai you can watch the migrating whales. You should be aware that there is no washer/dryer in the unit, just a coin operated laundry room up the hill near the lobby
Loved the location , and privacy
The location of this unit is fantastic. Direct views of the ocean. Short walk to the beach but no beach front. We loved this because we didn’t have people just outside our door. We would most definitely go back to this rental unit.
This condo is very nicely updated inside and is in an excellent location on the end of the A building - it has proximity to the pool and to the gazebo restaurant and is also a short distance to the parking and the beach. the beach does have 2 short sets of stairs but I was able to carry her walker up and down the stairs and she used the handrail to be able to enjoy the beach a bit . The gorgeous beach is steep but not too crowded . Great View of water / private lanai . We also appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom near toilet and shower was easy in and out for her . Only thing that would have been better was if we had brought her handicap parking permit as the spaces right by the condo tended to fill up in evening but I was able to pull up and get her in and out of the car for a nice short walk to condo front door and then park . I love this area of Maui with views out to Molokai and whales right out front . Close to sea house for dinner and gazebo for breakfast and lunch . Perfect pool and again good pool stairs with nice handrail for her to get in and out . Ac worked great and kitchen was nicely equipped . Thank you so much - it was really a relief to have an accessible safe bathroom for my mom!!
