We liked the ground floor unit so kids could play in the yard.Comfortable beds, primary is a king, pull out is a king and the 2nd room has a queen. The second room is more of a den.The main room was comfortable and we loved the outdoor living space. Bathroom is large.The dryer was not working which was a minor inconvenience. The gym is also next door.The market is just down the hall which was nice, we got coffee there.Overall we would stay again! Oh and it’s fully stocked for the beach which is a huge perk!

Great spot! Very clean and plenty roomy for 4-5 people. Immaculately clean with comfy beds. Loved our little outdoor space. Pools were packed but hey, that?s Spring Break. :)

The unit is located near the Elevator and the Gym. Ground floor with a gorgeous lanai, the couch isn't comfortable for more than one person but again, it was okay.
This unit is in an amazing location on the property. When you walk out onto the patio area you have your own little yard area that borders a little pond. Very close to the gym, cafe as well as Duke’s.
Great property, a few small requests for bedding and fixing the curtains., but got resolved the next day
We’ve stayed here multiple times and everyone had another great experience at this property. Really liked the access to the pool areas, parking and the exercise room. Leaving today and already planning our return trip.
had a fantastic experience overall. KBM provided clear information with lots of accurate pics of the unit before booking. we chose to pay with credit card, but they are legit so may pay with bank transfer to save some $ next time. pre and during stay the communication was excellent. the unit was spotless, beautiful and just as described. all the included packages/amenities were accurate as well- loccitane toiletries, fully stocked with paper towels/tissue / dishwashing and laundry pods. we will book with KBM again.
about honua kai, this was our second stay, we love the resort complex with many pools, great location and beach access. the first floor unit was great for easy in and out, also right beside entrances to building and elevator but no noise at all. dont hesitate to book!
