Our home offers beautiful scenery, a quiet location and no crowds. We're located on the "POINT OCEANFRONT" with unobstructed views of the Palilolo Channel and the islands of Molokai and Lana'i. You do not see any building or structure from our lanai. Our home is the most premier location of Napili located on the "Point".

Many of our guests ask about the differences between the "Point oceanfront" and oceanfront.

Here are the advantages of being on the "Point":

You'll enjoy unobstructed views of Molokai, the "Polilolo Channel", the surf and tide pools. There are no buildings or handrails to block the view. The sounds of waves will lull you to sleep as we're directly where the waves break.

Due to our location on the "Point" and the prevailing trade winds, our home stays cooler. Once you step away from the "Point" the trade winds virtually disappear.

From our home the only sounds you'll hear are the sounds of the ocean. You'll not hear any cars, road noise or foot steps from above. Our living room, bedroom and kitchen all face the ocean. Our lanai is not connected to any other lanai.

It is the perfect spot for snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming and hiking. Or if you prefer, you can just lounge on the lanai, enjoy the scenery and feel the trade winds. Marine life observed include lots of turtles, large schools of dolphins and whales in the winter.

A4 has been the most requested unit due to its location on the Point. Our unit offers all the comforts of home including free wifi, a king bed, overhead fans plus air conditioning in the bedroom.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with 2 swimming pools, barbecues and plenty of free parking.

Nearby there is a beautiful sandy beach and the turtle cove is just a few steps away. Numerous excellent restaurants including The Gazebo are nearby. Napili market is just up the road.

It's a magical place and visitors keep coming back to it. We stayed at Napili Point for 2 decades and decided to buy A4 when it became available. We have a fully equipped kitchen. We have remodeled this unit for our own enjoyment and are happy to share it with you. We're ...

This place was amazing and both beds were VERY comfortable. We stayed here due to being mentioned as the best location for snorkeling on the island in the summer. Each day we drove to a different cove with amazing snorkeling opportunities. #1 location Honolua bay, just follow everyone else and stay on the right side. Most amazing snorkeling ever! The unit had all the amenities, pools were great, could walk to a couple restaurants. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Amazing views and great snorkeling footsteps from the condo.

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean and ready to go, and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was perfect for us, in terms of easy access to snorkeling and other activities as well as the sound of the surf muffling noisy neighbors and no condo directly above. The breeze on the point was very refreshing, and we were able to have the windows open the entire time. We had a wonderful time in this terrific condo.

This condo was perfect for us - it had everything we could have needed, the view was amazing, and we loved being right between two great bays for snorkeling. Having the washing machine and dryer in the condo was super convenient, and there were so many thoughtful details to the experience that we appreciated. The bedding was top quality, including for the sofa bed. We will definitely return!

One of the first things we reserved for our Maui trip was this location for our 9 night stay. You simply can’t be any closer to the water which drew us to this condo. We love the Napoli beach area from a previous visit but didn’t realize that the next bay over has a large turtle population to snorkel with. Each time we went out we saw so many turtles and it’s right next to this condo! You did have to make an entrance via lava rock but it is Hawaii so kinda expected. The condo was very well stocked with chairs and even an ice cooler for the long treks to Hana or Haleakala. We never turned the television on. If we had any free time we just watched the waves crash on shore from the loungers on the lanai. The host had great communication and parking was a breeze. My wife already has said next time we come we will hope to be able to get the same location. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend this condo!

We spent a relaxed week in this airy condo. It's a short walk to a sandy crescent beach where I started my day with a swim. Wonderful view of Lanai sunsets, lovely sound of surf and birdsong. The place has a comfortable bed, and a living room set up for relaxed lounging. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We would happily return!

The ocean view was beautiful and there were lots of whales. Having the bay next door with all the turtles was great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like the lack of privacy with the public footpath a few steps from your patio. The sofa and recliner need to be replaced. If you left any crumbs out, there were ants.

Owner was easy to get ahold of and communicated as needed (not needed tho!) everything went smoothly. The property grounds are well kept, and the condo area is quiet and beautiful. We sat on the lanai and watched whales in the morning. Condo gets five stars alone for having an air conditioner. You don’t exactly need it but it is SO NICE to have. Sunsets from here are gorgeous, no need to drive anywhere, just step out! Share the pancakes at the gazebo, they are too big. :) condo needs a pizza cutter. LOL
