To the north of the Mahana resort is a great selection of restaurants in the Honokowai area; a few favorites are Pizza Paradiso, Java Jazz, The Fish Market Maui, and a longtime local favorite Okazuya Deli which you must try during your Maui vacation. Are you a coffee lover? Bad Ass Coffee store serves up a delicious cup of Joe and also has some great souvenirs for your loved ones back home. Just next door is a Farmer's Market where you can find local produce, freshly made smoothies and homemade goods. Local produce vendors set up an outdoor market every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for residents and visitors to enjoy. Times Super Market is situated across the lower road from the Mahana Resort is where you can load up on groceries to fill your condo refrigerator to enjoy the convenience of cooking in your vacation rental. One of the perks of vacation rentals is having a full kitchen, so you don’t have to eat out for every meal.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor.
