Hololani B704 has no A/C and is a corner 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit located on the 7th floor that offers ocean views from your private lanai areas and ceiling fans throughout. This resort has elevators for easy access. Unit B704 can accommodate up to 6 guests. This spacious condo has been recently remodeled. Enjoy eating inside with a dining table for four and additional bar seating. Ocean views will follow you in every room from the guest bedroom to the living room! The kitchen includes modern appliances such as a stovetop (without an oven), a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

The front bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and wonderful ocean views from the oceanfront lanai as well as an en suite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with exceptional views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in seat. The living room features ocean views, a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV.

Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana. Embrace the convenience of a free assigned parking spot, indulge in the oceanfront pool, or savor a delightful BBQ experience in the designated area. There is a beach directly in front of the resort; sand levels and access can vary depending on conditions. Beach access is available at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana). Hololani is within walking distance of several beaches, shops, golf courses, and restaurants. There are no parking or resort fees.
