Amazing property! Check-in was seamless and the unit was sparkling clean, we felt comfortable immediately. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to prepare simple meals and the washer and dryer was invaluable after spending our days at the beach. The fans and ocean breeze made the unit comfortable, despite not having AC, it was not a problem for us. The property is well maintained, quiet, and we felt right at home. The best thing about this unit was the incredible ocean view, it was truly memorable to watch the turtles in the mornings and the sunset in the evening on the lanai. This was the perfect place for our family and we would definitely return!
We saw turtles every day from the balcony. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked. The two bedrooms and en suites were well placed and allowed good privacy. The only reason we are giving a rating of 4 vs 5 is the lack of screens/sunshades and issues with the hot water. The unit has no air conditioning and it was hot (high 80’s) during our stay and the sun beat in all day and it didn’t cool off enough at night to make it comfortable for sleeping, it was super warm. Also the building had issues with the hot water, which were fixed 1/2 way through our stay. The water was not the problem of the owner but it did affect our stay for a few morning showers which were tepid at best. In cooler weather I would highly recommend this unit, or if they can fix the sunshades or add some AC.

This place is well equipped but was filthy upon arrival. Cold showers for 14 days. No response to phone calls; just a bunch of "I'm sorrys" for days. Finally, someone was sent but didn't do anything but take pictures. I found an empty soda can and absolute filth under the master bed. Cleaning people were sent in, but floors still did not get mopped per our dirty socks. In total there were 3 maintenance workers,1 plumber and someone that thinks they know how to clean. Nothing was corrected. Storm on our 2nd to last night (14 nights) flooded 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom due to faulty door & window seals. Screen door out to lanai was difficult to open/close. We took down 2 wine classes; 1 had dead bugs in it and the other had something dried gold colored. There were dirty socks, not ours, on 1 side of the washer and a lot of other things on the other side. I insisted they refund our cleaning fee; however, they did not refund us the correct amount. We were told we would be refunded 100/night; however, that amount is not correct either. Our final invoice had an additional charge that they will not explain. The accounting and accountability have been horrible. I've been home for 3 weeks and have held off giving this review as I've been hoping they will make things right. I've contacted the Hawaii Tax Dept, the Office of Consumer Protection, and the owner of the property. Next is the BBB to complain about My Perfect Stays, which is an absolute misnomer. This is my 1st ever bad review
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location and the view were amazing. We were able to watch the whales and turtles right from our lanai. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There are some updates that are needed. Like the sliding doors that don't slide and some of the furnishings are outdated. Overall, we had a great time.
Great home base to explore the island. The most impressive thing you can do is sitting on the balcony, having your first coffee of the day and watching dozens of whales jumping out of the ocean!!!
The communication with the host was perfect, we never had to wait longer than 30 minutes! The apartment has everything you need (incl beach stuff)

Lovely apartment, beautifully appointed, and in a brilliant position.
You can't beat this place. The layout is great. Sleeps up to six and you have a corner apartment with views of the ocean out both sides! A direct view of the sunset over the ocean on one balcony and a great view looking out over the water out the other side. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment clean and beautiful with a very open feeling throughout the place. You can look down directly onto the water and see turtles or watch whales if you are there at the right time of year. The apartment is facing the right direction so you only get sun directly on the balcony in the late afternoon. It is a great deal and a great place. I highly recommend it.
The apartment was clean and is very comfortable, with good beds and linens. Also very well equipped with everything you need including cooking stuff (maybe even more than you need).
We had problems with ants but the management sent people right away to deal with it.
The ocean view is amazing… you see turtles and seals passing by all the time from the balcony.

This place has the best views!! We saw sea turtles and amazing sunsets from our balcony everyday.The condo is huge with great amenities. Awesome snorkeling right there and a great beach just feet away! Can't wait to go back!
