The place was awesome, but you get nickeled and dimmed on fees for everything. With that being said, the per night cost listed on VRBO is highly inaccurate after all of the fees, taxes, etc.

Quiet nice Property. The kitchen was nice to have. Loved everything but the check in process. Took way too long. Also was blindsided by the big time push on time shares. Not how you want to start a vacation. Shower had no water pressure. Mattress was wore out in one bedroom. The location is very nice and Property on the outside is well kept.

We loved Bali Hai. It was so nice to have a kitchen during our stay! We did get cold a couple nights, there is no heating. But they gave us extra blankets which helped. We loved having access to the fitness room. Appreciated the cold lemon water in the lobby area. Concierge was very helpful. Overall we loved staying here!! Our biggest complaint was that the hot tub was only lukewarm. We were really looking forward to hot tubbing each night during a cooler week in Kauai. We’d definitely stay here again though.

Staff was helpful, though confused about our room. somehow ended up on two different reservations. We were given a handicapped accessible room, not sure why. Facilities were delightful. We had planned to hike the Na Pali trail, which is why we elected to stay in this location. Turns out the trail/access closed since last March - nowhere is this mentioned.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Bali Hai. Kauai is absolutely gorgeous!!! Highly highly reccomend!
