Napili Lani is located at the Napili Kai Resort consisting of 37 units, all privately owned. Napili Lani is not Napili Kai Beach. It is a privately owned residential complex. Since the resort does not manage this unit, you are NOT allowed to use their facilities except for our upper pool and grills. This unit is a direct ocean front, two bedrooms, two bath condo just steps away from a beautiful white sand beach with clear water, great swimming, snorkeling and fabulous sunsets. This unit has one king size bed, two twin beds and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking meals in this fully equipped kitchen, that features granite counter tops, cabinets, and full-size kitchen appliances. Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors! Free wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo.
1200 square feet. Minimum 4-night stay. There is a $275.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.
Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheet, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more!
This unit has two beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler for your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.

The four of us (three adults, one toddler) truly our stay here and hope to be back! The entire property is well stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen to beach day essentials. You cannot beat the easy beach access, and the sunsets on the lanai were out of this world.
My only “issue” (a minor one) is the furniture, fixtures, and carpet / flooring are all quite dated, and could use a refresh. Also, it would be great to have a better door/entry mat as it’s tough to avoid bringing sand inside otherwise. Would be ideal if there is a way to access the back year without going through the condo (that way you could hose off feet / belongings before bringing them inside.)
Overall, a lovely spot and we plan to be back!
