Wonderful location and ocean view.
We loved our stay and plan to return. The home was clean and well stocked.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Honokeana Cove! The condo had everything we needed for the stay and had plenty of room for our family of six. We were impressed with the beach equipment, including plenty of chairs, snorkeling gear and awesome beach towels. The most amazing part of the stay was the chance to snorkel in the cove and view the turtles, coral and fish. The calm waters were perfect for the whole family, including our ten year old. We also enjoyed the easy access to the Kapalua Trail, Napili Beach and made a few stops at the Napili market just down the street for groceries.We also took advantage of the well maintained grills and pool, which also provided a great opportunity to meet other families on vacation.The property manager Victor stayed in contact ahead of our stay and throughout our trip to ensure we had what we needed and also provide great insight for the trip.As others have mentioned, there is currently no AC in the unit. There are ample windows and fans which helped keep it comfortable, but is something to be considered if anyone in your family were to have an issue with warmer temps. I think the week we visited had daytime temps toward the higher end of what could be expected and it wasn’t an issue for us.Overall this was a great stay for us and would be a great option for any family!
This condominium is very relaxing. You can see turtles every day in the ocean in front of you and enjoy snorkeling. Dining while looking at the ocean was also great.
This was the perfect location to relax on a small bay with beautiful views and very good snorkeling. Beautiful Napili beach is right next door and it was a short drive to Kaanapali and Lahaina. Lack of air conditioning was fine with ocean breezes and fans. I would recommend this to anyone I know.
Amazingly gorgeous property, gave us the true West Maui experience. Snorkeling with fish and turtles right from the property meant we didn't have to lug gear in the car. One of our best experiences. Not for everyone: can be noisy around the pool; no A/C. But the windows and fans were great with the lovely tradewinds to keep us Hawaii Cool. Grounds extremely well maintained.

What a great property. Easy access to great snorkeling and more turtles than anywhere we’ve been. No need to go elsewhere for snorkeling. We rented paddle boards from the unit manager for a reasonable price and enjoyed them every day as well. The unit had plenty of room for six adults. Would definitely stay here again. We brought our own snorkeling gear, but the unit had gear as well. Very close to Napili Market which had everything we needed for supplies. Nice quiet and well kept property.
This property is amazing. The unit has so many amenities we were not prepared for which lead us to over pack. Ample snorkel equipment, board games, toiletries, cooking supplies, towels, etc. They even have binoculars which we used to view some dolphins and whales from the lawn. There were so many sea turtles here. We also saw eel and many tropical fish. I think the only thing I can think of that didn't go as planned was that the oven seemed to take a bit longer to cook the pans of food we bought at Costco than we were used to. Also my elderly mom wasn't able to get into the ocean from the property as it is rocky and the rocks can be slick. The rest of our party didn't have problems and the cove allows amazing snorkeling that you can't get at a more accessible beach. We would love to visit again!
Great location, quiet location with great morning views. Beach chairs were nice to have and in good shape. Could use some serious fans as it gets very stuffy in two of the three bedrooms. Manager is attentive and helpful all in all a great experience.
This is our fourth stay at this incredible property and it never disappoints!! The hosts are absolutely wonderful as well as their property manager!! The community is very welcoming and we were wrapped in Aloha and ‘Ohana from the beginning of our stay to the end!! Mahalo nui loa Cyndy and Victor!! We will see you next year with our granddaughters!!
8 nights, Family of 6 (8, 11, 13,14 kids) view, snorkeling cove, check-in/check-out, budget and Victor is the main man for making sure our stay was top notch. Thank you.
The snorkeling out front was amazing, so many big turtles and beautiful fish! If you are not a snorkeled, the turtles come up on the rocks to visit and take a nap.
Cyndy's condo in Maui is beautiful, even nicer than expected, stocked with everything we needed and much more, and Victor, the manager was wonderful to work with, responding to questions in minutes!! We had a wonderful vacation with our adult family, paddleboarding and snorkeling with the turtles in the cove, hiking nearby, whale watching, and enjoying the view from the lanai. The location was perfect, with so many nice restaurants and activities, even within walking distance. We highly recommend this beautiful condo in Maui and hope to return! Thank you, Cyndy and Victor!
From booking to checking out, we had nothing but an exceptional experience. The condo was wonderfully appointed with lovely decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location and views were awesome! Victor, the manager, was so friendly and stopped by to make sure we were happy with everything and to see if we needed anything. Communication was easy. The cove offers great snorkeling, and the pool was a great way to cool off. There are several BBQ gas grills available on the grounds for everyone to use. I wouldn't.change a thing about our stay stopped
We met our adult kids and their partners for our belated Christmas celebration (where we had spent summer vacations from the time they were both infants). The condo is in the perfect spot for relaxing, snorkeling, BBQ-ing, paddleboarding... There was plenty of room for 6 adults, it was well stocked and had enough balcony space to all enjoy meals and the view. Victor was very accessible and added to our stay with his cheery personality and paddleboard rental. Lastly, there was a toy chest on the balcony filled with beach chairs, fins, masks and snorkels which saved us the expense of rental. Although not on site, the host Cyndi was in constant communication.
This was a wonderful property and very relaxing stay. There is a great ocean view from the balcony. It was super clean, quite and very conveniently located. Beach gear was some of the best I've seen stocked in a condo. The condo itself had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
A wonderful place to stay in Napili. Our group of 6 adults had enough room to be inside or on the patio, with trips to the pool and to see turtles in the bay. Breakfast at the Gazebo and happy hour at Sea House were all easy walks, and we enjoyed exploring stores along the road south to Kaanapali.cannot wait to book again!
Our stay was pretty much perfect! The accommodations were just as advertised. The location exceeded our expectations. Victor was great to work with. We were amazed by the views, snorkeling, ease of walking to beaches, restaurants, etc. Victor was great and checking in and out was easy! We will definitely be back - hopefully soon!

My family stayed in two condos in this complex over Thanksgiving. We appreciated the ability of eating family dinners on the deck and having enough dishes and cutlery for the whole family.
Wonderful unit.
Stairs to upper bedroom were steep. Victor brought us a baby gate to help keep toddler off stairs. The unit was very warm when we arrived but with all the windows opened and fans running cooled down in evenings. We weren’t in unit much during days but did get a little warm. Amazing views and great location. Had everything we needed to cook meals and grill by ocean was perfect! Saw sea turtles, urchins and eels up close.
We had a wonderful stay in Napili. The view from the Lani was amazing! Very clean and perfect for our family. Victor was a great host. We will definitely stay here again.
We had such a wonderful time and Cyndy and Victor could not have been better. The property is one of a kind in a quiet little condo community with beautiful landscaping and a calm beautiful bay to snorkel swim and watch the turtles.
Napili beach is a short walk that we did daily and then spent the late afternoon evening enjoying the property.
This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, peaceful location overlooking the cove. We walked down from our unit to the cove and enjoyed great snorkeling with many sea turtles.The host (Cyndy) and on island manager (Victor) were very responsive and had great dining recommendations. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again.
Thank you Cyndy and Victor for a wonderful vacation! Honokeana Cove is magical and was perfect for our family. We went snorkeling multiple times a day and always saw hundreds of beautiful tropical fish and multiple sea turtles. The unit was amazing with three beautiful bedrooms, plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear, and all we needed for a perfect vacation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a place. Perfect space for our family of 5. The condo itself is beautifully styled, comfortable beds, well stocked with everything we needed. Condo complex is well maintained and beautiful, quiet, and ideal for sitting and watching the sunset. Honokeana Cove is a magical and serene spot with some really awesome snorkeling and paddle boarding. Communication with both Cyndy, the owner, and Victor, the property manager, was top notch. We hope to book again in the future!
If you want a laid back, beautiful location and especially if you love to snorkel, this complex is hard to beat. The unit is great, we’ve stayed multiple times. The cove is easily accessible for snorkeling or SUP, cool off in the pool, BBQs with an amazing view and awesome sunsets. Great communication from Victor, the local person who manages the unit for the owner.
