Aloha! Welcome to our luxurious and upscale villas. Our town home is located in a gated community at the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort along the Kohala Coast. It is decorated with the upscale and elegant furnishings, a 17 foot cathedral ceiling - no one above and below, offering spacious accommodations and privacy. Our end unit, approximately 1240 sqft, is perfect for families, young couples, and groups of 4 ---- persons. Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and a bath on each level. The upper master suite has beautiful Bamboo furniture including a King bed with high standard linens, Cable Smart LED TV, Blu-ray DVD, and WiFi. The lower main level features 17 foot vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows creating a light and airy living room. It is also equipped with Cable 50-inch Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD, and WiFi. The bamboo sofa set in the living room has a queen sleeper for ---- guests. The second bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds. Our upscale kitchen has slab granite counter and bamboo dining table and chairs. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area....

A lovely home in a complex of several resorts. House was clean with a comfortable bed. Kitchen is spacious with plenty of kitchen ware but absolutely no other kitchen amenities, not even salt and pepper! Resort community has a grocery store and plenty of other shopping and dining. Located north of Kailua-Kona, it is a solid 30 minutes to the airport and over 2 hours to Volcano National Park. Allow yourselves an additional 20-30 minutes to return the keys back to the management office when checking out.

The place is great for the price point and area. Similarly priced properties don’t have air conditioning in Kona. Five stars for the value. Few tips: Took me a bit to realize the pool key was with the management company in the Kings shops nearby. Their hours are shorter than listed in the instructions after Covid. 9-5 irc. The pantry is empty. There was not enough toilet paper for our ten day stay. The ac was off at arrival but thermostat is at the top of the stairs.
