This is a very well maintained and equipped unit. You will find everything in the kitchen to compliment your cooking skills. Alii Villas is very well located to all of Kona's amenities. Our villa was just as promised and wonderful for the two of us. Well-stocked with all sorts of beach equipment. We inadvertantly picked the IronMan Competition Weekend for our visit so if you don't like crowds of people this is not the time to be in Kona. It also was very warm, and although the unit had fans, the lack of A/C impacted our ability to sleep as well as we would have liked. The unit was immaculate, the property managers helpful, and we would definitely return.
