This one bedroom one bath apartment is fully furnished with everything to make your stay enjoyable. There's a comfortable queen size bed and a convertible queen size bed settee in the living room. The living room has a 12000 BTU air conditioner and a ceiling fan and the bedroom a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, microwave, and of course, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also included is toilet paper, paper towels, laundry power and dishwashing liquid. A 32” flat screen TV for your watching pleasure along with a DVD/CD and AM/FM Stereo system. The house phone includes free long distance phone to mainland and Canada There is FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET, WIFI, for your convenience. AND, if that's not enough, also included are beach chairs, mats, beach towels, and a hand cooler to take your lunch and drinks to the beach. AND FREE PARKING. FANTASTIC VALUE FOR THE MONEY. The apartment is located at the back end of the Maui Vista lot, far away from S. Kihei Rd. S. Kihei Road is a very busy road, so instead of hearing buses, trucks, and loud music coming from the cars on S. Kihei Road, you'd hear in the front building, you hear the birds and the wind in the palm trees, instead.
Kihei lies on the western edge of Maui and attracts tourists every year. Kihei is also an excellent place to study marine life; try snorkeling or scuba diving for a first-hand glimpse of the exotic world under water. Lovely unit in a perfect location in the complex. A bit cluttered and old technology for those that watch tv, stream or listen to music but for our purposes it was very good value. The owner is very responsive to any issues that might arise.

Over all, it was a great experience to stay. Some facilities can be improved. The light on the table didn’t work, a chair next to the slide door was broken.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Very clean condo with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Steps from the best beaches in the area, restaurants, shopping. Eve was very friendly and helpful. We hope to come back one day. Highly recommend!

Besides a giant lift outside our room the first three days, it was fine. They were going to leave it there the entire 3 day weekend if we didn’t complain, but did end up moving it from our view by Friday evening.

We have rented many vacation condos in the last 20 years on Maui. We had the belief that owners had to provide an on island contact - an issue came up that probably could have been easily resolved if we had that. There was construction outside the unit affecting the use of the lanai (patio) that the owner was unaware of (I sent photos). We would have felt a bit better about the unusable outdoor space had there been some kind of compensation. Owner told me to complain to the construction company. All in all a bad experience.

The property was everything that it was advertised. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We had a little problem with the cable tv and Eve was very responsive and resolving the problem.
