Our stay was amazingly comfortable and peaceful. All amenities were steadily available. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone and I would want to stay here on a revisit to Maui.
We loved this place, felt home. Owner was gracious to let us use beach stuff without charge.Kitchen and Laundry are very helpful.Beach view was good but wont recommend getting into beach(too many stones)
The air conditioning in the master bedroom was our saving grace during a very warm week in August. The air conditioning in the living room couldn’t quite keep up with the heat so our family spent a lot of time in master bedroom to cool down. This property was clean and we really appreciated the day bed so each of our kids had their own sleeping space. Our favorite thing about this property was the accessibility to the beach to watch the sunsets.
Fantastic grounds! We absolutely loved being walking distance to the pool. We also loved being able to walk to Akami Coffee Co every morning. The beach at the property is rockier than we would have liked but going to Kamaole I, II, or III was an easy task. We loved the property, the interior of 310A had everything we needed - a view of the ocean, washer and dryer, 3 beds and amenities for cooking. We would absolutely book this again!
Quiet, well maintained, no ice maker, but ice machine at pool. Good bed and good A/C!
We had such a great time here! The condo was clean, spacious, and SUPER quiet; the pool was nice, and the view of the ocean (and sea breeze!) was lovely. We definitely hope to come back some day!

We had an amazing time at this condo it was very clean and the location could not be beat. And the grounds are so beautiful and beach was a short walk across the grass. Will deffently stay here again.
Very nice and well maintained. Only issue was torn curtain sheers which wasn't a big deal.
The location of Maui Sunset is perfect; close enough to drive across to Kahului in 20 mins and central to Kihei 6-10 mins drive to basically everything.
Full kitchen was perfect to cook dinner or prepare a meal to BBQ down in courtyard (which are kept very clean!). The ability to do laundry in the condo was a lifesaver. There was ample amounts of beach towels and regular towels, plus a ton of beach chairs, a cooler and reusable ice blocks.
My kids (8 and 13) were kept busy (when we weren’t traveling the island) by the pool and putting green.
Everyone had a proper place to sleep; 13 year old on pull out couch, 8 year old on day bed and my husband and I took the king size bed in the bedroom.
The unit is conveniently located within the building, close to trash chute, elevators, putting green, parking, gym and pool. There is an ocean view from the balcony as well.
We plan to stay here again given the opportunity. Mahalo!!!
The condo was fab. Had everything we needed, a lovely view, and the ceiling fans were great! Would stay here again.
This place is great and throughout our stay all communication with the host was 10/10.
We really appreciated all the extras, such as suntan lotion and chairs. There's a full kitchen, with washer and dryer inside the unit. Some of the utensils were not 100% clean, but I blame the dishwasher for that, since the same happened to us when we used it. Perhaps an upgrade is needed.
There were two AC units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom one was an older model and too loud for sleeping, so we just turned on the one in the living room and used the ceiling fan to circulate the air - that worked okay, not sure if it would be enough during the summer months though! The bed itself was very comfortable to sleep on.
The furniture was a bit older overall and the light switches we found to be placed in some unexpected places we could never remember, but it didn't really bother us.
Wi-Fi was working really well the entire time with fast internet.
Never saw a single bug/fly inside, which is a big plus!
The whole complex was very quiet, with multiple signs everywhere to remind everyone of quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No wild parties!
It's also placed in a really good location with tons of shops and restaurants only 2-3 minutes away.
Would definitely stay again in the future! :)
Firstly, the condo is set up great with the bedroom in the back, a deck overlooking the lawn and viewing the ocean, and beach chairs and towels and an umbrella! Terrie was super flexible when we hit an unexpected snag and had to leave early, and communication was very prompt. Loved the grounds and the pool and we got to see turtles in the beach on our morning coffee walk! Thanks again so much for the great stay
My husband and I stayed here for five nights during our two weeks on the Hawaiian islands for our 30th anniversary. It was a resort styled condo, we loved it! It was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and used the nice pool and hot tub also! The host was very easy to contact, thank you so much Terry!
