Welcome to Prince Kuhio 305, where you can relax and enjoy the ocean view from our third floor condo. Just 100 yards from the ocean, you can hear the sounds of the waves at night. You are only steps away from the beach, where turtles can be seen bobbing their heads and protected monk seals come and rest. This beach is considered to have the best snorkeling on the island of Kauai. Across the street is The Beach House, the only ocean front restaurant in Kauai with a magnificent sunset view. Picture yourself savoring delicious food and refreshing drinks while soaking up the breathtaking scenery.

We have recently remodeled our spacious one bedroom condo with brand new vinyl flooring throughout the lounge and bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen is available, with granite countertops should you choose to dine in. Our resort also has a gas BBQ area, complete with picnic tables for dining outside. And if you're in the mood for a refreshing dip, our swimming pool is nestled among lush tropical plants in the landscaped garden.

Should you wish to wander further afar, there are a variety of activities to pursue. Take surfing lessons down the road at Sheraton Beach, a perfect spot for beginners. Golf and horse riding are a 5 minute drive. And when it comes to shopping and dining, The Shops at Kukui‘ula , Old Koloa Town and Poipu Shopping Village are just minutes away and offer a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. Or travel even further, out west about 40 minutes away is the stunning Waimea Canyon and the spectacular Kalalau Lookout. .

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week with our children (10) and (12) , the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. It’s located very close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Our children enjoyed the pool located on the property.

Great location and comfortable property. We especially enjoyed the view of the adjacent park and nearby beach. Other highlights include short walk to other beaches, close drive to restaurants and shopping. Definitely would consider staying here again for a future return trip.

Really enjoyed 9our stay. The condo is a little small for 4 adults but we can not ask more as it is just 1 or 2 min walk to the best snorkeling beach in Kauai. We saw a lot of fish and big turtle! The location is great!

The condo was perfect for a couple and the pullout allows for a guest if needed. communication with host was amazing, checkin and parking was easy- the best part…. snorkelling was amazing right across the road and a short walk to baby beach! The common areas were fab! Would most definitely rent here again!!!!

Everything was awesome. Check in and parking were a breeze. We very much enjoyed our view of the ocean from the living room. Would totally recommend staying at Prince Kuhio!

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights. The space does not have a lot of bells & whistles & is a bit outdated, but it was adequately equipped with all that we needed to cook meals. The condo has great views of the water across the street along with easy access to nearby restaurants & shops. The door handle on the main door into the condo is a bit finicky & might benefit from being updated for ease of use; otherwise, we had a great stay.

Have enjoyed staying here several times. The location to the water, dining and activities is a great location. It would be nice if check in could be at 2pm. instead of 4pm. Overall, nice place to stay when visiting Koloa/Poipu area of Kauai.

Great location and wonderful ocean and garden view from the small balcony! The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come again. For the price it was a very nice place that you can feel at home in. The building is older but fairly well maintained. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Not everything is new but all was functioning fine. Overall we loved it!

The first number provided as the on island contact did not work for the company. The second number provided as their emergency contact, other than for 911 related purposes, went to an answering machine. I needed assistance that evening and never received a call back after leaving a message. Im not impressed with the rental company’s service. The condo unit was nothing impressive. I realize we are on Kauai and everyone here is trying to earn a buck off the tourists, but on the Big Island I like to believe we handle our accommodations a bit more professionally.
