This is a very spacious condo with a great layout. It did have maintenance issues and wasn't quite as pictured or described. The issues weren't trip killers, but definitely worth noting. The bed, while super comfortable, was squeaky, like to roll over, it squeaks. The shower needs new supports under it. My husband and I are both pretty fit people and it sagged badly in the center for each of us, but otherwise the bathroom is very nice. The kitchen cabinets wouldn't stay closed but the kitchen was well appointed and really did have everything we needed otherwise. The AC was more of a problem than anything else. These are mini split systems and you are asked not to leave them running. Our system smelled so badly of mold. Luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there and the ceiling fans helped. The on site laundry was nice but the price was much higher than expected. You have to buy a 10 card and then load it. The walk to Coconut marketplace was nice and the Longs Drugs next door is nice too. The beach was across a very buggy field. Unfortunately this beach wasn't really one to hang out at. Loaded with trees, bugs and very loose sand. Overall, the owners clearly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed though, so I would definitely stay again after maintenance deals with some things.
The property was in a great location for our stay on Kauai. It was near some cute shops, the beach, and easily accessible off the main highway so we could travel anywhere we wanted to on the island. We loved that there was a nice, well-kept pool/hot tub area. The apartment is very clean but is beginning to become a bit run down, with some of the plug-ins being a bit temperamental. Overall, we had a great time on Kauai and at this property.
The accommodations were great, great view, comfortable and clean.
Rooms were great nice and clean and all the swim/ beach gear was awesome. Only down fall is the sliding glass doors are very hard to open to the lanai.
The property was in poor shape..the air conditioning was poor and the filtration poor. the tub shower was in poor condition. the kitchen cardboards where in very poor condition and would not stay closed.
The condo was spotless when we arrived. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants and shopping near by but the condo itself is off the busy road and very quiet. We LOVED getting up each morning and watching the sunrise from the balcony while enjoy our morning coffee and tea! It was so very helpful to have all the beach chairs and coolers as well.
Great location on the island, beautiful views, quiet, well equipped with kitchen and beach items! Will definitely recommend this place to others!
We stayed in Kapaa because our son lived here years ago and wanted to stay where he lived. That being said it was an awesome spot to stay because we were mid way between the amazing views of the north coast and the great beaches of the south shore. The condo was nice for an island rental, not the ritz but we didn’t come to Kauai for the condo. The hot water was not working to the bathroom sink and it was fixed the next day without us even being present. The rental agency was very responsive and professional. I would gladly rent from them again.

The description was pretty on point. The kitchen was a bit outdated but clean. Everything was clean and saw zero critters/bugs. The a/c worked wonders!!!! I felt very able to relax after a long day, as well as safe. I did not utilize the laundry, so there is no comment there. The host was extremely communicative and available if I had any questions. There were binders and literature for suggestions on activities. Plus, there was a nice welcoming bottle of wine. I would recommend this condo. The location was absolutely perfect as well.

Perfect location, driving distance to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean place. They had all the supplies we needed. There were kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and coolers. The balcony also had a lovely view and was very private.
